Myself and the family tried a nice Italian restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina. I had the Calabrian Scampi which was good. The wife had the Ragu which was just ok. The daughter had the Burrata Alla Vodka with chicken added. All of us sampled it and loved it. I ordered the Fall Fashioned which was actually good for a none bourbon drinker. I said we would be back the next time we were in Asheville and tonight was the night. My husband is a hamburger connoisseur + as I hoped, he thought that the Gemelli hamburger 🍔 might actually be the best he's ever had.

My Fiance & I did Chef Cerratos’ (father & son) Feast of the Seven Fishes pre fixe dinner on the 23rd of December. OH MY GOLLY! We agreed that the primo piatto squid ink spaghetti with shrimp & octopus in a cream sauce (garnished with fennel micro greens!) was the best pasta either of us had ever eaten. Without going into detail on each course, every one was outstanding.
