Disappointing. Egg and cheese croissant: crescent was dry, not moist and buttery.
Chocolate dipped donut was ordinary; glazed onion pastry was not awful. Parking lot needs resurfacing. Expensive for what you get.

Parking: Run down parking lot.

How lucky are we to find this gem in the mountains?! Incredible service and delicious food. The almond horn and Boston cream were incredible. Judy and their crew are so warm and inviting. Can’t wait to go back!

The new ownership at Geraldine’s is doing great things! We’ve had a couple of their savory pastries and breakfast sandwiches - all were delicious! The inside has been remodeled nicely as well, and we are looking forward to the espresso machine that’s coming soon. Importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly - we will definitely continue to support them here in N. Asheville!

This is a fresh, delicious, and friendly bakery that we will come to again next time we visit Asheville. We were fortunate to get to talk to the lovely new owner. It is conveniently located near the Grove Park Inn, which makes it a perfect road trip stop or breakfast date.

New owners it looks like. Just went in and got 3 donuts and 2 juice boxes and it was $20. That is crazy. They charged $3 for a juice box that any other place charges half that. Just feel ripped off

Used to be good I loved going here for breakfast sandwiches, apparently there are new owners that want to make it a vegetarian restaurant.

Longtime customer - incredibly disappointed. The bakery was sold, the baker has left and with the new ownership, it seems the focus has shifted entirely. The once rich and flavorful pastries are now bland. We are a large family and have everyone immediately noticed the taste and quality differences. It feels like they’re trying to cut costs at the expense of the customer experience. This bakery used to be a must-visit in Asheville, but after trying it several times I'm out. If you’re looking for the Geraldine’s of old, prepare to be disappointed. That place is gone along with most of the original staff. RIP Geraldines

Judy makes the worlds best filling for the perfect almond croissant. The hubby shared some of his blueberry scone that was so fresh and tasty that we ordered some pastries to take on our trip. The variety of pastries were plentiful but we selected chocolate croissants and scones that were delicious the following day. The staff and customers were friendly and we found a table outside to watch the traffic while enjoying our coffee and pastries.

Oh wow! A fantastic New York bakery!! Go early as they bake fresh and the offerings change daily. They run out of the favorites!! I love this place and go often.
