Over the past several months, my work brought me to Asheville, giving me the chance to explore countless restaurants and hotels. Out of everywhere I tried, nothing compared to Golden Hour at The Radical Asheville Hotel. Amazing food and drinks. Bourbon prices are very reasonable here.
I highly recommend the radicchio salad and the roasted lamb, these two were stand out for us. The smoke trout dip was great too, just not as good as the others. Surprisingly for someone who doesn’t even like tuna, these two tune dish was amazing and the chili sauce really brought home the flavors.
