Ordered on line and it was so easy to do. Even signed up for membership. Have Family in the Ashville, NC area. Had these cookies a few months ago, oh so very tasty and good. I called from out of State and talked with Tamra. She was helpful, nice, friendly and explained things as I asked questions. Thank you Tamra and Manager for having such nice & helpful employees. I come every Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, I went to the great American cookies and the two girls were sitting down on their phone..... they also have absolutely no sanitation score up in view for customers to see....I have been here a couple of times and the only person I have seen to clean here is the new girl who was willing to help me instead of sitting down
The staff can be very rude and never notices customers even after they speak up asking for assistance... their cookies are a 10/10 but it's not worth it. Please pleeeease get your employees off of their tablet and reading their books with headphones. I know we all get bored at work but it's just rude
Went by at 5:00 on Saturday. No one was at the front stood there for 10 minutes someone finally come out of the back. Was out of sugar cookies and asked if they could make some. Was told that she didn't have time to make anymore tonight. And other people were there asking for the same thing. If you're going to stay open till 8:00 why can't you give people what they want when they drive 2 hours to buy it. Will never shop here again will drive to South Carolina First. No wonder your overall review is so terrible
Today me and my family went to the Mall and stopped by this place since my two teen kids wanted a cookie. My 12 year old son approached the front cookie display to make up his choice on a cookie. Two woman working and the older out of the 2 approached my son and asked if he needed help, my som then said I’m just looking and she immediately gave him a stink face and said very rudely have a great day and walked away. It made me a little mad and I said to her, he is just looking because his trying to see what he wants so we can buy one of the cookies. She then mumbled something giving us a disgusting face, at that point I told my kinds for us to leave and she was rudely saying how bad of an attitude we had. At that point I had nothing else but to wish her a better day. Will never be back at that place ever again.

***edited I do want to say, the customer service was stellar! The gentleman working went above and beyond what I expected.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the decoration on my cookie wasn't the best and the cookie is very thin. Otherwise everyone at the party loved it! Pretty much everybody came back for seconds. But definitely expected a thicker cookie for 60 bucks!

If I could get less than a 1 I would paid 50$ for a cookie to pick up for a birthday and was there at 6:30 they were closed supposed to be open until 7 don’t waste your time with this company on

The lady was SO RUDE! I was with elderly grandparents and they needed something on their stomach, the mall was just opening and some stores weren’t open yet, so I walked by and asked if they were open yet and she sarcastically said “no we’re not open, we just have the lights on” and shook her head, you’re selling COOKIES and can’t have a lil bit of good service, smh, don’t buy a single thing from them

I came up to the station 1st time only to find only gingerbread men and No staff for 5 min we decided to began our journey, upon finally leaving I gave it one more try and behold there were more options so I took advantage but not before I got in line and other were letting others get in line before me. I ignored it, sine no one else paid attention to it. The lady with the red hair and the other lady helped me with my order without confrontation and I was so excited I went to tell my family about the cookies cause it’s been a while since we’ve been to one in a while so it was a treat and once I did and they went over and beyond my disappointment…it was not the experience of my 20 + years of customer service as a cashier, sales, and restaurant. Customer service is essential and you’re taught customer is always right….even when there’re wrong. Your smile and presentation goes a long way just like your attitude and demeanor. Jobs are not hard to come by good work ethic is…#you are a customer at some point do your job like you love it or change jobs. Let’s talk about it!!!!!

A young woman came from the back of the store and took a lady’s order. I told the young woman we were all standing in line. I was in line and several women were behind me. One even asked if I was in line. Im not sure why this young lady thought we were standing there. Nonetheless, after I made the person aware that we were in line, she took offense to the way I said it. I don’t know what my next comment was, but I wasn’t rude intentionally however, this young woman seemed to have some sort of meltdown. Physically, she’s got something going on, so I get it. I don’t have a problem with that, but don’t make me the problem. So the gentleman decided to wait on me. I believe my comment triggered him when I said I don’t know what’s going on and I don’t think she does either. I get it. He said it was his daughter, so he took offense. Just a bunch of misunderstanding, but these people are absolutely horrible as humans. And it shows.

Short blonde hair girl with the double chin was actively driving customers away with her rudeness and attitude problem. I ordered ahead and once I got there had to wait 10 minutes just for her to leave breakroom to help me and was immediately met with her raising her voice and rudely telling me she didn’t have a mobile order before even checking the computer. Then once she checked the computer and saw the order (10 minutes after I even ordered it) she told me to go stand away. So I did and watched as she took 4 other peoples orders before even doing my already ordered cookies. (Abunch of people in line left after seeing how she was acting) Finally she found time for my order and made it, when I stood there waiting to order an additional cookie, she yelled at me “it’s already paid for isn’t it” in the nastiest attitude and a mean look. I remained nice and explained that I wanted another cookie. I noticed when I got home that the cookie was completely raw which seems intentional and extremely unsafe to give out. I didn’t respond to her attitude and rudeness, I didn’t instigate, although I should have, because as a paying customer that frequencies this cookie shop Id atleast like to be talked to like a human being and I hope that the short blonde hair lady finds her peace maybe try therapy instead of taking out her anger on random people. Any business keeping her employed is a recipe for lost customers in an already dying mall.
