I had an issue with my experience but management was very professional in the way handled it

I have been to this location twice and both times had rude and dismissive service. Shockingly rude, honestly. And considering they do an auto-grat on all transactions, it is even more unacceptable. I will never go back and I will tell my friends to get their coffee elsewhere.

We had a wonderful lunch at the Green Sage today! The young woman checking out was friend friendly, and had asked excellent customer service. We loved the turkey wrap, and the tigeress bowl. We will definitely be back again soon ☺️

My son is the one who went here and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. He said he got simple things like rice and beans and a smoothie but that they were absolutely delicious!!! Being his first time there he didn't know what to expect and I think this probably won't be his last trip! :)

I have been frequenting Green Sage for two years now, and it just occurred to me this morning after enjoying my delicious breakfast to leave a review. I have often been astounded at how professional courteous just all around lovely the staff is especially at the Merrimon location. I have on occasion been witness to costumers behaving unreasonably, rude and even aggressive. The staff at Green Sage continue to generate an atmosphere cheer and lightness all the while making it look easy. These women inspire me, as more of us utilize this amount of diplomacy and kindness towards those who are stressed out, we’d have more peace on earth !

I will not come back. They force you to pay a10% service fee to help pay the workers a fair wage. Why doesn’t the owners pay a fair wage to begin with? This is a marker of a bad manager or bad owner. This thought was proven a few times.1) No one seems to be happy working here.2) Food quality wasn’t good.3) The service we did receive was sub par. For example, the server ran away before we could even ask for an extra plate. My son who eats everything didn’t like his food. Left half of it there. The food was overpriced.I would not eat here. I would not work here.

My husband and I have come here after church on Sunday’s for a while. We decided after this weekend we will not be back. It’s disappointing because the food is great, but you can get great food and much better service elsewhere. Our main reason for not coming back is the staff here (particularly the gals taking orders) because they are so unpleasant. We have gone back again and again to see if it’s just an off day, but it’s not. The experience is dreadful because of their bad attitudes and because the food is so expensive, it’s just not worth it anymore. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Asheville is filled with other great food alternatives.

Mixed bag. Delicious organic mixed juice. Good, modest breakfast burrito, two egg & veggie sandwiches, and a watery cappuccino. $55 when all is said and done w 10% svc fee + another 10% tip (this is not a full svc restaurant). Not worth the investment.

Just found out the owner is a union-buster and they get their food from Costco. Time to go somewhere else!

Green Sage is a great place for some good, healthy food and to get some work done. It's pretty simple and not much too it, but has an impressive menu that caters to carnivores and vegans (vegan black bean patty melt is new on the menu!) I recommend their falafel, probably the best falafel I've had in town (and I've eaten a log of falafel!) I had a Turkey wrap here today for lunch and really enjoyed it...the sweet potato chips are great as well!
