Been there for almost 10 times. Pro: 1. Cheap sushi Con: 1. Creasy floor 2. Waiter service/attitude is below average 3. Sushi rice is too hard 4. The chefs are Chinese, and the authenticity is not real Japanese.

Sushi was not fresh. The cup of dressing poured over salad had gone bad. Very pleasant atmosphere. Server forgot Coke and served my friend her complete meal five minutes before bringing me anything and never really checked back.

Wouldn't recommend getting sushi Togo.. by time we got home it was all soggy. That was the first and the last. Sushi wasn't meant for carryout

We went there as a family for lunch while visiting Asheville. Don’t really know where the positive reviews came from. The sushi looked like something my toddlers rolled up at home. We are very experienced with asian food and sushi type of family and eat it at a weekly basis. The quality of the sushi was pretty poor and everything in the bento box was also disgusting. Other than the staff and atmosphere the food is definitely nothing to go back to.

Great prices for great food! The Rainbow Roll and Asheville Roll(my favorites till now) are must-tries. Staff is always friendly for pick-up orders, and even more attentive when dining in. Highly recommend! ❤️
Three of us had perfect meals, drinks and an appetizer. The sake and mixed drink menus were great, and the food menu was more Japanese than I knew what to do with and I still found multiple items to choose from. Service and vibe inside were good, too. The Tempura Banana dessert straight up burnt me even after waiting a couple minutes, served way too hot. Everything else was perfect.

Our waitress was dismal at best. Never checked on us after she brought water for everyone. After 15 minutes she came back and we gave her our entire order. She never checked on us after our order was delivered. Another waitress had to top off our waters. Even seen our waitress on her personal phone at the hostess desk. Food was delicious as usual but the service was not what it had been previously. My husband and I always go here but might consider other options if this service remains consistent.Kid-friendliness: The waitress accommodated our child appropriately.
