Best experience with a food truck.
Soooooo good and gave my sweet girl a dino while we were waiting. BIG FAN.

My husband and I enjoyed the shrimp Po boys tonight at the Highland brewing and it was AMAZING!!! We are from New Orleans so it was super special to get a po boy in Asheville with REAL French bread. I loved Grush's twist on the Po boy with the pickled veggies and the delicious sauce. 10/10 recommend them. I can't wait to try more food items but I may just keep eating the Po boys because they were that good! Also, Panda was the SWEETEST and Grush is so talented. ❤️

Best mushroom po-boy ever. My wife said she didn’t like Cajun food and was skeptical about it. I’m proud to say that she tried the po-boy and her review was this is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The mushrooms were crispy and creamy and the remolaude was delightful. The pickled vegetables were amazing. She went back for seconds on the curry, raisin, and peanut slaw. I was pleased that she shared the Dino nuggets with me. They were moist and sumptuous. Definitely need to give Chef Grush a try if you haven’t, and Panda is delightful.

I am an Asheville local and this is one of my absolute favorite food trucks. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. You can really tell they use good quality fresh ingredients and the portions are generous. Also, the owners good people and give back to the community. I enthusiastically recommend checking them out!

Three Poodles Critics Give Grush’s Cajun Dino Grill 5 Bones!

This place is AWESOME! The poodles ordered the Dino Nuggets, and when the staff found out the order was for pups, they kindly offered to cook them without any seasoning. The boys went wild when their nuggets arrived and devoured every last morsel!

Meanwhile, the poodle parents enjoyed an amazing burger with a side of chips—absolutely delicious.

The best shrimp po boy I’ve ever had!! We got the dino nuggets as well and my wife and kids talked about how amazing they were for about an hour after we finished them. Absolutely delicious!!!

These folks were at turgua brewery so we stopped by for dinner. Got a shrimp po boy, vegetarian gumbo (could get shrimp or andouille with it) and carrot slaw. Everything is super fresh, the shrimp is perfect, the bread for the po boy is amazing. Nice folks, and the food is obviously well made with love. Good price point. Dinner for two for $35. Would highly recommend.
