Delicious Cuban sandwich!

Tried this place twice now. The first time I got the steak sandwich. It was extremely tough and I couldn’t even bite into the sandwich. Flavor was okay, nothing mind blowing, and it didn’t make up for the fact that I basically had to take the meat out of the sandwich to bite a piece off. This experience was really disappointing because I’ve heard nothing but great things about this place. I decided maybe I got the wrong thing and I’d give it another try another time. Went back this weekend, ordered the cuban with yucca fries. I was once again disappointed. The cuban was much more of a ham sandwich than it was a cuban. There was probably one pickle and a negligible amount of pork. But man was that ham piled high. I spent $20ish dollars just to end up throwing it away. The yucca fries also didn't taste as fresh. I think the only stuff I did end up finishing are the shoestring fries they throw into your sandwich box.

Best Cuban food in Asheville, always friendly service, I highly recommend the media noche and the tostones. They also have delicious pastries and Cuban espresso. It's a food truck and it's connected to Hi Wire so you can get a great selection of beers and non-alcohol selections as well.

Cuban was excellent with the roast pork! Staff was friendly and quick. Really cool spot with benches to eat at outside after getting a beer at Hi Wire. 10/10!

Wasn't expecting a food truck, but loved it. The people running it are very kind and professional. The food was delicious. I got the pork bites, empanada, and yuca fries. Clean environment to sit in.

As a person raised in Miami, the authenticity of the cafecito, pastelitos, tostada and Colada was top tier. It was a pleasure meeting the owner while we were there. Definitely come check out the spot for some authentic cuban cuisine.

Oh my! I got the Cuban breakfast and it was amazing. The yokes were soft so if you like them hard you have to tell them. Extremely friendly staff with warm greetings. Great way to start your day.

This food truck is located right outside hi-wire and man was it a treat!
I was seeking a small bite and order the pork bites...well well..that was a meal! The pork was delicipus , the black beans and white rice were also on point!
The serving sizes are well worth the price and the service was even better than the food! The woman doing the window was amazing!
Will definitely come back when we're in the area!

The food is tasty and I believe would be even tastier if we dined in. We tend to get deliveries, and sometimes not hot.
