You charges me $10 for a combo. I asked for water instead of a soda but got not a bottle of water but soda fountain water. The cost of the soda should be taken off if you’re serving water this way.

I ordered a super sausage with fried egg combo and another super sausage with fried egg biscuit. When u think of a fried egg what do u think of. A cooked yellow bubble with a roundish white fried egg white around the yellow. Not a scrambled yellow mixed in with some egg white. First they gave me scrambled. Then they took it back through the window and gave me this scrambled mess and argued with me saying it was fried. Well technically the scrambled was fried if you want to put it like that. Come on. Really? This is not what I paid $13 for. I won't be back to hardees. Definitely not to this one. I've really stood up for hardees in the past too, but this is just ridiculous. I did post the picture of this abomination. These cooks clearly need to be trained on how to fry an egg. Litterally the 1st thing I taught my son to cook when he was 8 years old it's so easy.

Heather...the morning server/everything else employee at Hardees Smoky Park is top notch... ive seen her run the entire store in the a.m. by herself and have the most postituve attitude...She has the attitude perfect for this business...especially dealing with early morning customers... It's a Hardee's.... Friendly, but the bathrooms needed a lot of cleaning. And having worked at several restaurants in my youth, I can attest, the bathrooms are always cleaner than the kitchen.

First of, this is Hardee's - understand the dining experience you are going for.This location is consistent. Burgers are always good and fresh. Service is always friendly and responsive. That's what Hardee's does well.Chicken, not so great, but again, not why I am stopping at Hardee'sIf I am passing through Asheville and I want a Monster Burger, some fries and a beverage, I can always count on this Hardee's for that.
i dont recommend the location on smokey park highway at all, i was told they didnt have the stuff to make the shakes i ordered and the manager wasnt allowed to give refund for them because that store was not breaking even so im now out 12 or so bucks. i will not be returning ever to that store and i suggest the same for others.

They never have grilled chicken then half the time they don't have ham for the hot ham and cheese. They were out of onion rings which came on the 3rd choice I made. Started to ask what do you have???
