Beer is good, and we like the place, but they do last call real early for a brewery. Basically subtract an hour from the listed schedule if you want to go here or the tiki bar behind back
I stopped in solo about a week or so ago, and enjoyed a few beers. I sat at the bar right inside on a Saturday afternoon, not many others around, but I definitely appreciated the chill vibe, unlike some other breweries around that were jam packed.The gentleman behind the bar was polite and helpful with both me and other customers I observed while sitting at the bar.I had a few of the IPAs, as well as the Koji Quad, which was outstanding and added some interesting flavor profiles...
Stopped in just because we were walking by and we liked the vibe of the place. Very glad we did! The buidling is beautifully muraled and colorful/welcoming inside. We were easily able to find a seating and they had several fans running to keep the humidity low. We tried several different offerings and liked each one more than the next! Will definitely be looking for more Hi-Wire whenever we're out and about!
