My new favorite Asheville brewery! Gorgeous space, tons of outdoor seating in front and back (along the creek) and SUPER delicious food. Really friendly staff and on overall upbeat vibe

Our first stop on our first trip to Asheville. Discovered this when looking for walkable dining from Cedar Crest Inn. If you don’t mind a little bit without sidewalks, it was an easy 20 minutes. We split a rice bowl and artichoke dip which was plenty for us and enjoyed a variety of beverages throughout. Food was great especially for a brewery, and the beer is among top-tier. Lots of seating, though outdoor was a little limited and a bit buggy by the creek in the backyard. Staff was really friendly and attentive, and the venue was fun and well kept. Hoping to make some time to come back!

One of our go-to breweries in Asheville. We always feel that it’s for the locals because the vibe is always chilled and friendly (not touristy). Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Service is friendly and they have great beers and awesome food. We love Hillman any day but esp Burger night on Wed!

Many many breweries in Ashville but the Hillman is in the top five. Great great place go enjoy drink and relax.

I had the grilled cheese with bacon on it. I also had a plate of fries. It was all pretty good.

Great beers and amazing food options for everyone. I enjoyed the house salad, the dressings were well made and had great flavor. All of the accoutrements were fresh tasting and plentiful. Friendly beer tenders on hand to help you discover a wide range of house made beers.

Somewhat difficult to park but overall a phenomenal place to chill. Dog friendly too! Great place to grab a quick bite with that beer or a flight!
Good food and drinks, pet friendly indoor and outdoor setting.
Indaba Enterprises
This is our go-to place for great beer and good food at a good price. It's nice to have such a great option that's not in the crowded south slope. They have plenty of picnic tables out front and a great space inside. They have a great selection of beers and there's something for everyone: IPAs, hazy, German, stouts, lagers, and they are all good (we've tried them!) You can't beat the $3.00 special beer Monday, and if you're in to trivia, they have that too. There's a nice mix of locals and tourists. The best though, their people. Always smiling, and always thanking us for coming in. And, they love pups!

Might be the best craft brewery in NC. It's a MUST visit for beer enthusiasts when in Asheville or Morganton.
