I have no idea how they have stayed in business to be honest. I don't know if it was an "off" night but I would think it is what happens under pressure of a Friday night that you would still want to shine. Pizza was raw towards center and thus when taking slice it just falls straight down limp and all toppings drop off. Lasagna has no flavor (kudos for actual ricotta however) pieces of sesame bread just tossed in bag (wasn't expecting that and would have said no bread) which meant sesame seeds all over my kitchen. I used Doordash (food came quick and was still warm as its like 5 miles away). There just wan not enough redeemable to even give it another try. So disappointed.

Food excellent, portions VERY generous. Interior needs updating, especially the booth seats. Great, friendly service

They took great care of us when we had a team party here, and the pizza was fantastic!

Sorry I bought a groupon for this place. Ricotta filling in the calzone was cold. Pizza was bland with way too much garlic. Coffee tasted old and there was no cream available. Waitress was pleasant and very accommodating, but took way to long to get our food. Thinking maybe the groupon customers don't get the best service.

Food and service were impeccable as always. If I have to travel through the asheville area, and a meal needs to be involved, I make sure to stop in here. Without a doubt my favorite place to eat in Asheville.

Whenever my family comes down from Massachusetts they always want to come here. Everything we've ordered has been good, especially the pizza. Service can be a bit slow but it's well worth the wait.

Best pizza in South Asheville! New York style with a thin crust. Great greek salad & dressing too. FYI the “subs” are actually calzones. There’s no sub roll, just dough.

We got a chance to try this place after hearing so much about it. It's a cozy restaurant with friendly staff eager to help you in any way that they can. After ordering a salad, Italian for me and Greek for my wife Kathey, we were served sesame breadsticks, one set plain and one set stuffed with mozzarella and dipped in marinara sauce. They are not your typical size breadsticks, these are almost the size of a steak roll. Really very good! I ordered the Chicken Bianco, which is a grilled chicken breast topped with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese and a side of fettuccine Alfredo. The bride chose the chicken Parmesan with a side of angel hair pasta. The whole meal was great! Very hot and very favorable. Our server Shane did a super job with everything. We will be back cuz I definitely want to try the

First, I ordered a tiramisu through take out central and I got a call that they where out of it so I could get cheesecake. That's fine, so I choose the berry cheesecake. Second, I get another call and they only have plain cheesecake. That is also fine. I'm patient. Then my food finally arrives and there is no cheesecake. Two phone calls and I paid for a dessert I didn't get. I have worked several years at different restaurants. This is a clown show.

Dark, dirty, and distasteful. The food wasn't tasty. "Grilled" chicken salad was haphazardly put together. Large chunks of onion and over cooked chicken pieces. Lettuce poured straight out of the bag. There was only one table of patrons and it was still a lengthy wait for the lunch special. Would not recommend.

Absolutely love this place. The food is really tasty and not over priced. The employees are really nice. Our favorite waitress is Skylar.

First time eating here, and first impression was not very impressive . Place could really use a remake , dark room ,outdated fixtures. Service was Very slow although there where 3-4 servers on the floor, however , the young lady who waited on me was very polite but looked very rushed due to number of tables she had . Pizza was tasty but crust was very hard , Now I enjoy and crispy crust but not a Rock hard crust , I just ate the topping and left a plate full of crust edges. Think I'll pass on by the place next time .

went to the Asheville location last night around 8pm. even though they were within a hour of closing, the food was fresh and they did not rush us. actually the pizza was one of the best that ive had. the waitress was super friendly and personable, she even shared some valuable information regarding leaf season in Asheville. overall excellent expierence!

Love Iannucci's, however, it needs an overhaul. The food is good, but the atmosphere is dated and needs a good cleaning.
