I like the location, and the food. It's IHOP so it's as to be expected, but I do have a valid concern that I have addressed with David in the past. Pedro is someone we choose to avoid when we dine in. I don't think it's intentional, but he is uncomfortable. He will lean over you, take the menu away and start making his own suggestions, bring the food and lean over you again, bring the ticket immediately and request a tip. I realize that some disorders cause a person to act in such ways, but it's very uncomfortable. :/

This IHOP restaurant was one of the cleanest I have seen in quite a while. The noise level was very very low and the atmosphere was overall very cheerful. Alex was my server and she was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. She kept my coffee pot full and brought my food out in the very timely manner. The food was very delicious. I will definitely be going back there again.

This is a great location for dining in or takeout- especially at Thanksgiving! We live an hour from Asheville. My dad was having a heart procedure and we were up there at the beginning of the week for his pre-op scans. After leaving Mission Hospital, we stopped at this IHOP location and ate. The food was very good and the portions were what I would consider decent standard portions (the location closest to our house have cut their portions way down, so you just get 1Tbsp of hash browns for example, tiny portions of anything you order and leave feeling cheated and hungry.). The food at this IHOP was great, and the waitress, Savannah, was friendly and offered great service. We were definitely happy with our dine-in experience. My dad was released from the hospital on Thanksgiving Day. After checking around, I found this IHOP was open and offered a full to-go menu. I placed a curbside pickup order through the app for ASAP, estimated to be ready at 10:59 AM. We pulled in and the parking lot was full. I called when we arrived, about 11 minutes before our order was scheduled for pickup. One of the workers walked out in 30 degree weather to tell me the food wasn’t ready yet- it would be another 10 minutes (that’s fine, we were early). About 2-3 minutes later, Savannah walked out with our order, as friendly as she had been when we were dining in. Even though it was obviously a busy day, we were gone before the scheduled pickup time. The order was correct and well-packaged, the food was once again great, and the portions as they were earlier in the week. By comparison, I was in FL for medical purposes on Thanksgiving the year before. We picked up to-go plates from a Cracker Barrel down there, and they only offered one plate without any other options for curbside orders. It took nearly 2 hours to get it, and the food was absolutely horrible, nothing like their norm. This IHOP location did not cut menu, service, or quality, even on a holiday. We are grateful they helped us have a good holiday even when we were dealing with less than ideal circumstances again this year. I 100% recommend this location, and we will certainly try to make a point to eat there when we are in Asheville.

Oh my word, that was good BBQ! Both low country and high country sauces available and both delicious. I liked the vinegar based low country sauce. Everybody else like the high country sauces. I guess there's no accounting for taste

Came in for lunch with my mom, had a craving for eggs benedict - Our server Pedro was awesome! He was so kind and attentive, I appreciate the friendliness very much and he made sure to check up on us with refills and fresh coffee.
