Service was good, but it took too long to get food. By the time we got it, it was cold...

pretty much standard of what you'd expect if youve ever been to an IHOP. . . .standard, basic, safe breakfast fare served quickly in a simple but basically clean setting.

Kid-friendliness: yes definitely

Wheelchair accessibility: seemingly no ♿️ restrictions

First, I'm going to cut them some slack because it's new years eve and we are the second to enter, but with that being said this Is still the worst experience I've ever had at an IHOP, ok for the positives, overall I liked my vanilla milkshake and the blueberry pancakes are good, but that's about it, for the negatives where do I start, first the cinnamon milkshake is awful, they put cinnamon in that's way too strong and then they don't mix it well so you just glumps of awful cinnamon milkshake slush, but I should be happy I got it in the first place because they forgot almost everything we asked for, they forgot the water I asked for, they forgot the vanilla milkshake, they forgot the hash brown and then when we asked again they gave it to us but forgot the cheese we asked to be on it, they forgot the extra ketchup we asked for, which leads into another point, they also ran out of ketchup bottles and had to go into the back and pour some into a little cup, they also ran out of mozzarella sticks, so I had to get the cinnamon dippers that had false advertisement, because they said they would also give you cream cheese icing and caramel sauce on the side but they just poured the stuff on themselves and it was way too sweet, also with the vanilla milkshake it was poorly mixed so I had to do it myself for like a minute, also they charged me 3.33$ for one cup of coffee, and the food just didn't taste like it was seasoned, and the burger I got was just bad, I got the Big Brunch Burger, first the IHOP sauce was oddly sweet, second for some damn reason they put avocado on it so had them take it back, they returned and said that they removed it and replaced the bun and bacon, which isn't true because I found bits of avocado on the bacon that I had to scrape off, third, the bun they replaced the avocado one with was stale, fourth, the burger meat tasted like it was from Great Value and was rough and flavorless, also the crispy breakfast potatoes were just ok but had only salt and no pepper, and also weren't crispy, overall I hated it, go to the IHOP on Airport Road instead

Great place for a simple breakfast. Lots of options for combos, especially for 55+. In addition, IHOP offers a military discount. The prices are already reasonable, but these added perks are appreciated. I had the sunrise special with 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, hashbrowns (which I love the way they make them!), and toast. It was a pleasant meal. The servers were stretched thin, so service was slow, however, our server tried her best to make sure we had everything we needed

Got an omelet with peppers, onions, and mushrooms, none of which were cooked at all. They were nearly cold. Pancakes were good, but the waitress seemed stressed out maybe she was new. I'd try it again, but only if I was in the area, I would t drive out if my way to go to this IHOP over a waffle house.

This was the first day they were open following Hurricane Helene. Our server Jessica was very attentive and quite accommodating
The coffee was the best damn brew I’ve had in a long time. All in all it was very impressive for the first day open after 6 weeks of closure
