Izzy’s is the best! I was actually on my way out of Asheville and left my wallet in the shop. When I realized, I was already states away. They were so kind and actually shipped my wallet to my home in Texas!! Not to mention I had an absolutely fire London Fog latte while I was there. 10/10

Consistently delicious coffee and delightful service in a charming and cozy environment. Bagels and assorted pastries are always good. Good WiFi and (occasionally unstable) seating options are conducive to working/studying. Love this local gem!

Izzy's is great and dependable. Staff are nice and cool, art is always changing, coffee is delicious every time (yes, every time) and the treats are yummy. I'm a regular and don't plan to stop.

The finest coffee shop in Asheville. The coffee was supernaturally delicious -- rich, fragrant, dark. The best bagel I've ever eaten -- caramelized flawlessly and smothered in spices. The patrons were very colorful, and friendly, and the staff was generous and attentive. The confines were charming and comfortable. I really enjoyed the music, too -- Guided by Voices, Deerhunter, Modest Mouse, Neutral Milk Hotel... You can't go wrong, friends! See you there. Details: Outdoor seating is abundant, including a covered porch. Comfortable seats inside -- around 25 patrons and you're getting pretty cozy, I'd imagine. A second floor (I wasn't able to climb the stairs, though). Accessible, clean bathroom -- single occupancy. Handicapped accessible.

Staff was super nice and competent even though the line for service was out the door. Cute and fun little West Asheville coffee shop! Being our first visit, me and my staff from Asheville Chiropractic & Wellness will definitely return.

Overall - Service is quick and accurate. The art inside changes every month, and each barista plays the music they like so the vibe is always fresh.Sunrise over Izzy’s - I’ve been an early morning regular at Izzy’s for a few months, and Maddy always greets me with a smile & positive attitude. I’ve overheard her handle difficult customers in a pleasant manner, so that everyone (the business & the customer) was taken care of.

Very relaxed atmosphere. There's an upstairs, but didn't go up there. Enough searing downstairs. When I was there, what seemed like the owner was teaching her 2 younger boys how to brew espresso. It was very sweet and everyone I interacted with was very kind.

The drip coffee was incredibly watered down and had almost no flavor at all. The latte was genuinely one of the worst I have ever had. It didn’t taste like coffee, more like burnt dirt? We threw away both drinks. I’ve worked as a barista for >5 years and it just seems like maybe their equipment needs to be serviced or the barista needs more training. I’m shocked the reviews are so high. Perhaps we caught the shop at a bad time.

Neat place but the largest brew coffee is only 16 ounces and it's too expensive. Coffee is just decent and not really hot enough.
