Door dashed an order both orders where backwards ok toppings. Called up ahead to try and get the cold Italiano toasted on the flat top and was put on a “brief hold”. More like leave me on hold and forget about me. Worst jersey Mike experience I’ve had
The guy who greeted us was super nice. My friend and I ordered the same thing (Italian) but my friend who ordered hers got a different bread. The kid who made them got them mixed up, so they had to be remade. That wouldn't be a problem except the second kid on the register charged me $35 for 2 six inch subs, a bag of chips, and 2 drinks. I paid cash, I wasn't feeling well, so I didn't catch it at the time, but there's no way that could have been right. Either that or they're outrageously expensive. Hard to tell since I didn't see any prices listed. Won't be back
Fruit punch here is better than any other fast food establishment. Machine is dialed in. Also the staff here is incredibly nice hardworking. Thumbs up

Walked inside. There was just one person ahead of us. We made our order. It was written down and then during the waiting process we noticed a long line came in and the line was so long, It went out the door .they serve every last person in that long line and forgot about us. We noticed this and told them and we had to wait 20 more minutes for our meal. Only black person in the store at the time. Just wondering if al everyone is equal priority
Making a sandwich isn’t arduous. $22 for a giant piece of bread isn’t jersey mikes. Profit and greed are way different.
Take this as a public service announcement. Whatever you do, do not place an online order while you're in the back of a long line. Every single person in front of you will have food before yours is even made.

Since they lost all the old staff. It's not as inviting as it used to be. They don't greet u or really even smile. The line looked like a bomb went off very dirty, tables dirty, just wow. Do better. The drink station was so nasty and the floor super sticky. Yuck.

Ordered online and went to pick it up Thursday afternoon and it was super busy but the folks working were amazing! They were so helpful to everyone and their positivity and energy was incredible!

We have been frequenting this store several times a year. Our visit today was a new experience. We noted that the dining area was very clean and was actively being cleaned. The store was never dirty but today it was noticeably very clean. My first thought that it was new management and sure enough, upon asking I was told that there was a recent management change. The food, as always, was fresh and delicious.

Terrible. All 3 sandwiches I ordered were wrong, all had the wrong ingredients on them, they were cut only on top. I called in, the response was “sorry, new person making the sandwiches”. Really, that’s what you do, sandwiches, every think of quality control, like maybe checking the new persons work. I would have taken them back but i have a broken foot, not easy getting to car and in and out. I also noticed 2 employees looking at phone. I will NEVER EVER ORDER JERSEY MIKES AGAIN.

The guys at the counter were openly taking bad about their manager, made my sandwich extremely sloppy and while wrapping it dumped it all over the counter and then shoved it back into the wrapping. What the actual helll is going on at this place it used to be so good

I was impressed by the level of service when I walked through the door. Thompson, the guy cutting the meets and taking orders, greeted everyone as soon as they walked through the door. This guy had better customer service than I’ve seen in some fancy restaurants; man he was fast too. The three other guys down the line were having trouble keeping up! They could learn a thing or two from Thompson! I thought he was the manger at first because of how he conducted himself, but then the manager came out and literally told him to slow down. Honestly, I think he should tell the other guys to speed up lol! Anyways, it was overall a great experience. Go check ‘em out!
