The guys were great accommodating my allergy needs, but the gluten-free bread was drier than a Popeye’s Biscuit and I almost choked on it. Otherwise, this place was great!

I’m so disappointed in this location as of late. I am not sure if there is a directive to reserve toppings along with not enough focus on completing the customers order as placed, or they just have a staff loaded with folks who do not care about completing orders as placed. I would normally chalk this up to one or two employees, but this has consistently been an issue over the past year. So much so that I would recommend you go in person & watch them make every sandwich you order, or risk having incorrect orders on expensive sandwiches. If I am there in person though, I even have to keep saying 4 peppers is not “extra peppers”. Barely a coating of mayo is not “extra mayo”. If I don’t order pickles, don’t put them on. When I ordered on the app it was even worse, so I refuse to use it anymore. They cut the pieces in inconsistent sizes and don’t cut all the way through. It is frustrating because their ENTIRE job is making sandwiches and they cannot do it correctly. Over the past year or so, the issue is growing worse. Looks like if we want Jersey Mike’s we have to drive to another location. Tired of their high prices, lack of accuracy & zero resolution to these issues when we have made them aware time and again. It is sad, because when done right, Jersey Mike’s makes a great sandwich .

While the food was good, the service was terrible. The kid who took my order, Justin, was rude and made me feel like I was an extreme nuisance. On top of that he had an AirPod in and I had to repeat myself. I felt very disrespected and will not be coming back until they change their staff.

One of the few Jersey Mikes I've been too in the past few years that actually maintains the standards and quality of when I worked there 20 years ago. Entire staff was awesome here.

I’ve been a regular customer at the location near Chucky cheese for many years.Service hasn’t been good since Phil left. There’s always new people there and yes they have to learn but don’t just throw them in. Maybe start an efficient training program and do things the true Mikes way not the franchise way. They have made so many careless mistakes on my sandwich’s that caused me to drive a good distance back to fix it. The prices aren’t cheap so I want my food the way I order it. Also some staff is rude. Using a container to transfer vegetables to the grill for hot subs instead of walking to the line and grabbing lettuce and tomatoes with cross contaminated gloves and walking it back in your hands is not a good look. There should be a cold station in the back for that. What no space SMH. It’s so hard to find pride in today’s world. Too many restaurants wants our money but take little pride in customers satisfaction.

The 2 folks working there tonight we're absolutely killing it. Amazing sandwich, tidy and not a mess when I got home, incredibly helpful and pleasant folks even though there was quite a few customers in line. I'll be back!
