By far the worst location. Every time I order a gluten free sub on the app, they either have none thawed out but don’t say anything until you arrive on your lunch break to find out you’re screwed or it’s out of stock. I’ve ordered subs for my entire family on the app, arrived 5 minutes later than when it was supposed to be ready, and they hadn’t even started it. They instead took all orders from people in line who haven’t paid yet. Mine was ordered 35 minutes earlier and I paid! I love the River Hills location. Always on time, always has gluten free available and I’ve never had issues.

Great sandwich. Kudos to the young man prepping it on the grill. Went the extra mile and it was appreciated! The overweight lethargic kid taking my order acted like he was doing me a favor taking my order and my hard-earned money -this was over $50 for two sandwiches, one for myself and one for my wife, not including a 10% tip. Not a great recipe to encourage future business especially when I only treat myself a couple times a month to one of those giant kahunas. Would have only given one star if the young man at the grill had not done a fantastic job. It's a shame.

I like to order online just easier and quicker but it seems the employees never pay attention to the details of the order. I ask for no tomato easy on the oil and vinegar. They just make it as a regular sandwich and disregard your request. They just don't pay attention or don't care.

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, if the lights are on and the door is not locked that usually says your open. yes it's late haven't eaten since morning head to the door realize it's 7 till 9 they close at 9, take open the door and I'm greeted with we're closed. if your closed lock the door and turn off the lights. you lost me for good because you fail at customer service

I guess when you tell these idiots you want "everything" on the sub it somehow really means "I only want lettuce and tomato" This was my first time to this location after a long hiatus due to the incompetence at the other location. I simply won't ever go to Jersey Mike's again, anywhere, ever. Fuck this place.

Slow service at lunchtime. Food prep area not cleaned. Staff standing around doing nothing while I am waiting for order to be made. Ordered double meat and charged twice with sandwich not fully made even double meat. Meat slicer set to thin most meats sliced came half a slice..
