This location is always out of something during prime dinner rush at 6pm. I have visited this location 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have had issues everytime with them not having the items I am trying to order. Fried chicken…. How can a chicken place constantly be out of chicken. Please work on having fried chicken available daily for dinner if you want returning customers.

Three times I’ve tried this restaurant and everytime they forget part of my order and they never answer the phone when I call they are literally charging money for items they don’t put in the bag this is theft. If you order something check your bag before leaving

Don't even get me started on how good their gravy is. For some reason it's so addicting and it's perfect every single time. I just love it so much. Anyways, their chicken is very fresh whenever I go, just wish the prices would go down. It should cost me almost 60$ to have a meal with my family.

I pulled up to go inside right next to the doors and a woman locks the doors at 8:22. So they close the inside every night at 8:22? So then I go to the drive-thru and order food. My wife asks for ranch and the same woman rolls here eyes and walks away.

I just had a 2 piece meal deal for 4.99. The leg piece literally had no chicken on the bone. It looked good but as I looked closer I realized I could see all the way thru the thing. I decided to take it back to the counter ,( usually I just keep my mouth shut and move on) the employees behind the counter gave me a look as if I were lying. When the manager came along , he said " they all look like that" in which I replied I don't want any of it if it's all like that. F. Perez was the manager I believe. Not a great experience today

As usual I did not receive the food I ordered. Every time they fail to give me my entire order. EVERY TIME. I can't believe why this happens. I will now take my business elsewhere. I would give no stars but it was not an option.
