i just got the 12 piece chicken from there and there was only chicken thighs and drumsticks only which i donot like at all??? i checked it when i got home and realize there is no wings or breast piece at all.

Over the years it seems that KFC is on a mission to find the smallest possible fryer chickens. This visit. I had my usual two piece dark meal. The chicken pieces were tiny & not the freshest. Mashed potatoes were pretty thin & flavorless. However the updated atmosphere was uplifting and comfortable with a variety of seating options & clean restrooms. Staff were friendly & accommodating.

2nd time in a row I went thru drive thru and they messed up my order. Had to park and go in. They still didn't get my order right! Got home after ordering two each of new chicken wraps for a total of six. Ended up with 4 classic wraps and 2 spicy slaw. No Mac and cheese wraps. Lousy service every time.

I got a family chicken meal last night and the chicken was not good it tasted like it was Fried more then once it was dry could not eat it and I was not about to drive all the way back across town so I called after I got off work today and the Manager and the girl that picked up the phone said if I had my Receipts they would Replace it so I drove all the way back home and got it and drove all the way to kfc and when I got there I showed the Same manager that told me on the phone if I had my Receipt he would Replace it and he looked at my Receipt and said to my face that he can't doing anything but on the phone he said he was going to if he could see my receipt from last night.. The Manager is a Liar and so is the girl that picked up the phone like yall need to get better people to work up there and not Rude people And Rude manager...

Walked in 5/22/23 and found out that EVERYTHING is offered as a meal with side and a drink only now. I told staff I just wanted ice water and a small order of chicken without any sides or soda, and was told they no longer offer ice water, but could get bottled water and everything now comes as a meal whether you want it or not. I won't be back just to be forced to buy items I don't want. That's crazy to make people buy a side and drink when they don't want it. Very greedy move

I ordered food from this location a week ago. When I got home I realized the order wasn’t complete. I called and was told by a staff member that they would record my info and I could pick up the missing items at my convenience. I went back today and was told by the general manager that they would not honor that because I couldn’t remember the name of the employee I talked to. Trash
Last week I ordered food from here. When I got home there were multiple missing items. I called and talked to someone who told me that I could come back and they would replace the missing food. I drove back and was told by the manager that they would not honor what they told me on the phone because in his words "nobody wrote it down"It was only 2 pot pies. I live 30 minutes away from the location. Trash

I ordered the chicken pot pie and three tenders. The food was hot and tasted as expected. It wasn't nasty or it wasn't busting with flavors. Typical KFC meal so no real complaints

This location has really improved. They also have the best chicken sandwich hands-down verses Popeyes and Chick-fil-A!! Thank you KFC. P.s. it is the best kept and cleanest inside and out. Other restaurants should learn from them!
