Let's begin with the service was perfect, polite and appropriate in exactly every way you would want when being served food from any establishment, be it truck or brick and mortar. That said, now we can talk about the food, which was 'acceptable', but def not write home about. We aren't one to waste anything and mostly always take to go boxes and this evening we didn't ask for one. Nothing was "bad" per say, but in the land of a very busy food scene where we live, just being OK isn't enough. That said I hope they can improve because their menu choices seem good and I would love for them to succeed.
Horrendous food and customer service. They took more than 39 minutes to get my hamburger, I asked them to reheat it and they took another 10 min. Then they through 15 dollars on top literally, of my hamburger "for the wait". I didn't take it of course. They were rude all the time. My hamburger was uneatable, raw and still cold.
Horrendous experience!
Awful customer service. We waited 45 minutes and when we picked up the food it was cold and the burger uncooked. The person that took orders through the plate with an aggressive manner. Worst experience at a food truck ever
I had the catfish sandwich and as a side the sweet potato grits they were both delicious. His cheeseburger was ordered with a side of potato salad it was okay a bit overcooked but still flavorful. Great pairing with our beers.
Easily one of the best burgers I've had in Asheville! Excellent French Onion Soup as well.
While we stopped to have a few beers at Turgua brewing we got to enjoy some wonderful food from Kinfolks food truck. Their burger and Cuban were delicious. Customer service was spot on.
Had the fries green tomato BLT with thiicck yummy juicy bacon, goat cheese, fresh greens. Mac n Cheese was poppin. Locally brewed Blueberry Citrus Sparkling Yerba Mate infused with rosemary washed it all down just right. Don't sleep on this place y'all!

Really, really good food! I had their chicken salad sandwich and bean salad at a musical festival recently, and both were excellent.
Great spot for lunch! Fresh and local ingredients and you can taste the difference. Owners are very friendly and kind. Will definitely be back!

The cheeseburger was awesome! I will definitely go back.
Delicious Burgers!! Bomb potato salad too! Everything so far is delicious, highly recommend! Go see them at their brick & mortar at 1125 Sweeten Creek rd, you won't regret it.
We had an Edna's bowl, sweet potato chips, and a carrot ginger soup. All were delicious, and the owners are fantastic folks. We will be back soon!
The cheeseburger was awesome! I will definitely go back.
finally moved to a brick and mortar from a truck and i saw it posted that they had pastrami sandwich. I have been on a hunt for a good pastrami and finally found a top notch candidate. The sides of potato salad and deep fried deviled eggs seemed weird but well seasoned and served. good selection of sandwiches and sides with daily specials and some soups and salads all make from scratch by the husband/wife team of emily and brady is a new favorite. I hate to share this gem with others but the good food news has to get out!! Looks like most everything is also locally sourced from well known and trusted folks. Comfort Food with a nice simple twist. I took a buddy today and have shared this place two others already. Inside seating is very limited right now.
