On a whim we decided to try this place tonight and were super exited. Walked in and it smelled great. After a few minutes wait, we were seated and our server came over to get our drinks. Got our drinks and waited, and waited and waited and waited.. 20 minute went by before I finally was able to flag someone down who said they would get us a server. Where was our server? Helping another large table literally beside us and refusing to acknowledge us. We asked the new server who finally came over to please just grab our bill for the drinks because I was ready to leave. Old server witnessed this and didn’t say a word. After almost a half hour we walked out without ever even getting to try the food. Disappointed for sure.

The food was excellent, with the quesadilla grande living up to its name — generously portioned, and the agua de horchata is good. However, a notable inconvenience arose during payment on both of my visits: despite requesting separate orders at the time of ordering, the bill is only itemized per person at checkout, rather than processed as separate transactions. This made settling the bill more complicated than expected.

Food was decent enough, not as pictured or described as regular mexican dishes. Our server was no where to be found. We ordered our drinks and desserts and when our check came the price didn’t match the menu we were given. We wouldn’t have ordered them if the correct price was shown. And when we took it to the front she said she couldn’t change it and don’t know why we were given the wrong menu, but that she couldn’t do anything about it and we had to pay it. Won’t be coming back.

Always has been a little disappointing, but exceedingly so this last time. Had to ask for waters 3 times and finally got them... with the to-go box long after we'd finished our meal. Not sure how many times I had to explain what a double-shot was to 2 different employees. Oh, and they forgot the salt for the double-shots, despite me definitely saying salt and lime at least 3 times. My food order was also wrong, and I struggled to communicate asking for the sour cream and guacamole (which they forgot) on the side, but that's the least of my irritations. I'll be sure to have Google Translate up next time so I can actually communicate my order. Still tipped 20%, but certainly didn't receive the service to reflect that.

Our mean on our tacos and burritos were completely raw and our server acted if it was a problem and got an attitude when we told him about it and told us it was power they put in it (no it was raw meat). Then he perked the plates away brought my mom some fries and didn't bother to replace my food after he scurried it away. I will not be going back.
