Worst place ever. Garbage food and garbage service. No one wants to work here and refuses to sell pizzas without correct change. If you don't have change you missed the first step to opening a store.

Pizza is eh. When it’s made fresh it’s pretty good so usually I order a classic cheese ( was told by an employee they make those only by request now) but here recently I’m prettty sure they’ve just been giving me old crusty extra most bestest pizzas. Can’t win with these guys 😂

Absolute Garbage! It started at the drive through I ordered a deep dish pep and crazy bread total comes to 17 and change, employee says it will be about 10 minutes pull to the front. As I waited in the front about 2 minutes ago by and a different employee runs the wrong order to us called him back and he apologized it will be another minute, so I proceeded to follow him inside that's when I realized the 17 and change was admission for the circus happening inside the store. Four separate times employees walked out with pizza and came back with the same pizzas clearly they can't keep track of what orders are for what vehicles completely incompetent. Then as I stood there at 20 minutes of waiting watched the employee who took my order proceed to pull my pizza out try to get it out of the pan and drop it, somehow saving half of it proceeds to ask another employee what to do instead of just making a new pizza for me boxed half a dropped pizza and cook another half. As I stood waiting for my other half of the pizza to cook I witnessed another employee grab a stack of pizza pans that he clearly wasn't strong enough to carry drop the whole stack on the floor then took the to the back to cook with blatant cross contamination. When I opened the box in store the pizza was all sauce no cheese except the portion in the box from kid dropping the first pizza. Asked for my money back didn't get any apology from staff and the woman who I'm assuming is the manager said it's only his second day which is not an excuse and made her look terrible as she is supposed to be training these clowns. Oh when I went to another ceasers not only was the pizza only 14 even it was actually prepared and made correctly. This establishment and it's clown employees need to be shut down. I hope they get a surprise inspection that shuts them down honestly.

Stopped for a quick thin crust for lunch, only to be told they have none by the attendant. I asked how long will it take to have one made. With a quick smart butt replay tomorrow when the truck comes in....... SO you don't make pizza fresh thought that was why you go a pizza place. I can get frozen pizza from ingles. Staff was rude, inconsiderate, and honestly, down right disrespectful. Place fails in all aspects and all levels. This store should no longer be open.

As I’m waiting almost 20 min on a pizza I called in 15 min before I watch the manager and two employees just hanging out smoke on sidewalk What a disgrace
It's all about the people. I ordered delivery for my son's birthday since I'm down with the sickness. Door Dash is apparently who handles that, as I learned today. Unfortunately there was an error and part of my address was lost in translation between the LC site and DD, so when my driver, Dennis, never responded to my messages and claimed to have delivered my order with no food in sight, I reached out.
Door Dash completely refused to refund OR redeliver, blaming me for the error. I asked to escalate the issue and they disconnected me.
Out of pure desperation I called the store and they kindly referred me to the DM, Ssb, who answered immediately, heard my plea for help, and called the store back on my behalf to ask them to fulfill the order. Much like Ssb, Michelle, the store manager, was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. They fulfilled the order AND treated me with great kindness and sympathy for my situation. We were able to complete a no-contact take-out with ease.
With customer service like that, it has made all the difference for my little family today. Thank you!!

Emillee c had the worst attitude while taking my phone order… not only did she repeat my order over the phone but at the window… granted I made the mistake of not checking upon receiving the pizza… but come on like how hard is it to give me the right order!?! Ruined my whole entire afternoon :)

I went through the drive through and ordered an extra most bestest pizza, an Italian Hearn and cheese bread, and some garlic wings.. the lady was so rude she acted like she did not want to be there at all. I paid 25$ for this for annnd , When I got home and opened my food the bottom of the pizza was so hard we could barely even eat it, the Italian herb and cheese bread had no seasoning and the garlic wings were so sour we could barely eat those either… they proceeded to tell me I needed to drive all the way back with it to get a replacement meal or my money back… I was most definitely not doing that… I was so disappointed as I have shopped here since I was a little girl. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER…
