Got 2 Fish dinners yesterday. Fish tasted so horrible we couldn't eat it!

The GM of this location should really evaluate the staff he left to manage this location tonight. The staff were completely incompetent, beyond rude, argumentative with paying customers and completely disorganized. We ordered our food through the Uber eats app for us to pick up ourselves. We presented our receipt as directed through the app and they REFUSED to give us our order!! They raised their voice and refused to take ownership of their ignorance. I have worked in the food industry a very long time and I would have never treated a customer as such. We will never dine there again.

Lobby was closed ..so to go...2 piece fish &fries...$12.50...for that kind of money I could buy 10 piece beer batter Gortons filets w/a 28 oz. Bag of fries...ain't making THAT MISTAKE AGIN...once burned...know what I mean...?

The lady that works the evening shift drive through every day is extreemely rude and hateful. I never thought a drive through person could talk so hateful that I wanted to cry every time I go there when she is working. Her sharp tone and smart elic mouth is not worth going there from around 4 pm on. Instead do yourself a favor and pull off from the drive through lane like I did today and drive over to the Long John Silvers on Brevard Rd in Asheville. It's a difference of night and day! Brevard Rd LJS is very kind and welcoming and treat you with respect. I and others will never go back to the one on Biltmore unless that lady leaves!!

Family platter was good but tea was colored water. Sandwich was topped with a small piece of fish, and the bread was cold, like it had been refrigerated. Main point here is that the prices were as high as ever!

Best quick fish anywhere. I just wish they had more locations. This location was clean, and the parking lot wasn't full of trash. My order was correct, and the food was cooked perfectly.
