The manager Hattie was very rude when I corrected her with my order. It was correct until she made it a combo. I wanted a steak biscuit with orange juice. She had a bagel instead . She was extremely rude when I asked her to corrected. Other team members apologized for her. I will not return as this is unacceptable for a manager

Why yes, McDonald’s, I specifically asked for a LARGE drink, not because I wanted more of it, but because I wanted to pay more for the same amount as a MEDIUM. SMH. SERIOUSLY- Is this laziness or a major corporation trying to pinch pennies?!?! If I order a large, don’t fill a large cup 3/4 of the way full and call that a large. That is a MEDIUM drink in a large CUP. SMH.?♀️
