I’m writing this review, unable to give it any kind of rating for the food, as they’ve allowed me to order, pay, and pull up to the second window before telling me it was going to be a wait. I ordered one burger. Already regret even making my purchase. Jesus Christ save us.

Mariana is one of the most dedicated to her job because... honestly, she makes me feel so seen every time I go there in the morning and I always see her with that smile and she welcomes me with so much energy and also when she greets me I I feel like you've known me for years! It was McDonald's so what can I say? Our friends got their food later than us so we tried to wait. So the food wasn't as hot as we'd like. Probably our fault though for waiting. I do love McChickens and McDonald's French Fries. They're all best fresh and hot though!

I've been coming here for about 5 - 6 years and the service and food are consistently good to great. Drive through is quick and easy and they upgraded to two lanes. I appreciate the new manager especially and that the breakfast crew is always friendly even when they are busy.

I wouldn't have said anything if the manager, The Spanish lady, said "I serve fresh fries". Mine were stale and burnt. I don't think that's fresh. A lady even came in to exchange her fries because they were horrible. Yet the manager says "I serve my fries fresh, but she complained." She's a nice lady, but she's mistaken. Also, this dining room is always a mess. And The coke is too syrupy.

It's a decent McDonald's in a good location. The ladies at the windows were nice, but my drink was overfilled so it bubbled out of the lid and leaked all over my console. Bit of a mess. My fries were not fresh, but my cheeseburger was.

The tables were really nasty. I had issues applying my reward because the cashier didn't understand how it worked. I simply wanted to get the manager to see why it wasn't going through as a deal. I heard him tell the cashier; "what am I supposed to do about it, I'm not paying for it".He finally came to speak with me, and I mentioned what I heard. He completely ignored that. Finally explained why the deal wouldn't work. I them went to sit down and fix the issue, and that's when I realized all the eating areas covered in nastiness.I was the only individual inside the location, and one car being serviced in drive thru. They were not busy. Unnecessarily rude.

The staff here, especially the morning crew, is sometimes the brightest part of my morning. They remember my name, their service is incredible.Mc’D’s of course, is in no way a small business, but these folks really give a small business vibe, if that makes sense.I eat here more than I’m willing to admit (not really, my morning routine brings me by there and I love this coffee). And I al lways look forward to seeing the staff in the morning. Some of them have been there for years, as I’ve seen some employees at other locations throught my 10ish years living in town.Keep doing what ya do, I hope corporate/franchise owners see this and commend the staff on just how kind they are.
