This location is nice, the food has always been hot and fresh. Drinks are almost full. My only problem is there is a problem opening on time multiple days a week. Computer system won't start, not enough employees, whatever. After working all night it would be nice to get a hot meal on my way home. I can't stand the competition across the road. So I have to stop in Rock Hill about 20 mins away.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in Asheville. There is ALWAYS, no matter what time of day it is, or how busy they are, a LONG wait time! Employees are usually rude, take forever to even acknowledge you, take your order, etc. And by the time you get your food, you gotta get them to fix something. So frustrating. Definitely don’t try to swing by there on your lunch break!!

This place is the best to go to , they are very quick, and very respectful, love the environment, and great employees, and they are always open early and have my food fresh.

I normally go here to get breakfast but today I wasn't happy. The server who handed me food through the service window had nasty dirty hands and caked up black stuff under their nails! Then they had their hands all over the top of my orange juice. COVID has people on edge already but hygiene in handling people's food is imperative regardless. I can't eat my food cause I'm wondering where their hands have been and if they handled my food!
