In comparison to other McDonald’s, the food is usually fresh-ish. But the service is what you’d expect.

I live about a mile from this McDonalds and get a large coke every day. That is clearly reflected in my app purchases. I have learned recently that the drink machine in the lobby tastes flat so I prefer going through drive thru. I have never had an issue before this evening. Tonight I ordered a large coke the same as always. I went through the drive thru and was accidentally give a Dr. Pepper. That’s ok, it happens. I went inside and a lady named Maria asked me what I needed. I explained the mix up and she took the drink off the counter and handed me an empty cup. I asked if I could have it remade behind the counter, to which she stated quite coldly that it was the same thing. I tried to explain that it tasted different but before I was finished she snatched the cup out of my hand.
I understand that this place is busy in the evenings. But this wasn’t my mess up to fix. And to be met with such hostility seemed completely unprofessional. I will make SURE I get my drinks elsewhere at night from now on.

This is one of the nicer McDonald's I've been in, very clean and calm when we were there. As for the food, it's McDonald's, so it's just ok.

I had a really frustrating experience with this McDonald’s location. I ordered a frappe through the app, only to find out when I arrived that they weren’t even available. The kicker? They never disabled the option on the app, so I got charged anyway. When I asked the staff for help, they told me the refund would process automatically – but surprise, it never did.

When I tried to get some clarification, the staff were rude and unhelpful, offering zero solutions. No apology, no attempt to make things right, just a lot of “there’s nothing we can do.” I expect better customer service, especially when the issue is on their end.

If you’re going to use the app, beware – you might get charged for things they don’t even have, and good luck getting your money back!

Way better seemingly than the one on airport road. I like the atmosphere, just unfortunate that the kiosks were down, which is nobody's fault, just annoying.

I am an employee there. The guests that I serve dine there frequently and are eager to see me everyday.

A few days after the local disaster, no one has electricity nor water. Water was being given away at any FIRE STATION or entity. People were hurting bad

I ask for my meal and understandably know I have to pay for my meal. The manager, a bald man with no expression is at the counter and asked if I want a drink but they only have bottled water. Ok, I’ll take a water

$1.79 for a bottle of water is what he wants. I told him everyone is giving water away. He didn’t make a sound: either I want it or not.

I told him I’d go to my vehicle and get my free water that was given to me

CORPORATE GREED and of course using a catastrophic event for profit
