The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If you do curbside, you’ll be waiting there for a minimum of 30 mins. I’ve went at different times and always forgotten about at curbside. One of the managers is very kind, but there’s another lady at the drive thru window who is so snappy and rude which is why I opted for curbside in the first place. They always forget food. Literally every time. We’ve started checking the bag and have to go in every single time for missing items. One time I didn’t check, came home with breakfast for my kids and they were hungry so started eating it. I noticed my entire meal was missing and when I called they tried to tell me I had to bring back the entire order. When I explained my kids already started eating she was like “idk what to tell you. You want your food, bring the rest back.”
Same lady had the same attitude when I waited 40 mins in curbside I went through the drive through and she told me “you better go back to curbside or you’re not getting your food.” There’s no reason to wait this long for FAST food. I used to work in fast food so I get things get busy but this is every time I go here, it’s disappointing

Been here four times. All four times something went wrong. Finally went back and complained the fourth time because both my burgers were pattyless. Didn’t have a receipt because I didn’t think I’d need one. Was called a liar at the window by TWO of the workers and had my meal practically thrown back at me through my car window. Poor customer service. Crappy food 3/4 times. Disappointing management. Slow service. Shame on McDonald’s. A multimillion dollar company and they can’t even show their customers a little respect.

Had to grab just a milkshake during busy hours, but the drivethru was extremely fast and efficient. The staff at each window were truely friendly and offered great, fast service. The shake was okay but melted to almost liquid milk. Still the service was the best I've had in very long time from a drivethru

The staff at this location was very friendly. My daughter and I did use the dining facility. Tables were clean and clear as guests were finished eating which made the process of finding a seat easier. They did get a little backed up at the counters. I would say the staff managed it very well.

refused to honor order on their app because they were too lazy to make it. DONT go here go to the one on Tunnel Rd if you really want their food! Nov24 update: Now this is getting stupid...The owner responded that I should follow a link to share details, knowing full well you CAN NOT respond without a case number, which of course I do not have because they told me to leave and they were not going to honor the McDonald app order. This location is a scam and wack.

Don’t order curbside. This location has the longest wait times in curbside and inside/drive-thru is cleaned out before mobile order comes out usually 20-30 minutes after parking. I wouldn’t come here unless you have a 3 hour lunch and can afford to wait forever for a burger.

All I wanted was a sweet tea because the sweet tea that you pour yourself was out but instead of helping customers they sat right in front of me playing with the slushy machine and spinning bags on the counter. Not very happy and I don’t recommend trying to get good service here and a side note on last got the wrong food and the Hispanic manager said “make her take it” after she was aware the lady didn’t have the right food

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This had to be the worst experience in my life. First because there are no fluent english speakers, they do not understand and cannot help you. I gave my burger back twice because it was wrong and the young lady did a 360 and turned back around and said it was fixed. It was not. I do not recommend coming to this mcdonald’s because of the service and quality. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs!!!

Curbside order forgotten still waiting going on 30 minutes. I could have sat down and dined at a real restaurant like I had the time to spare and enjoy. Culturally do we still consider McDonald’s fast’ or ‘quick’ ??
