My order is always wrong. I cry everytime

All I wanted was a sweet tea because the sweet tea that you pour yourself was out but instead of helping customers they sat right in front of me playing with the slushy machine and spinning bags on the counter. Not very happy and I don’t recommend trying to get good service here and a side note on last got the wrong food and the Hispanic manager said “make her take it” after she was aware the lady didn’t have the right food

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This had to be the worst experience in my life. First because there are no fluent english speakers, they do not understand and cannot help you. I gave my burger back twice because it was wrong and the young lady did a 360 and turned back around and said it was fixed. It was not. I do not recommend coming to this mcdonald’s because of the service and quality. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs!!!

Curbside order forgotten still waiting going on 30 minutes. I could have sat down and dined at a real restaurant like I had the time to spare and enjoy. Culturally do we still consider McDonald’s fast’ or ‘quick’ ??

The service was terrible all they were doing was helping everyone outside and drive through ! It was almost 25 minutes before they brought it to our table and said they were sorry ! Three other people asked for a refund and walked out after getting the money back !!

I was the only person in drive through line and no one inside sitting down. 4 people at the counter. Didn't give me my mcchicken, supervised fries so whitney mobileheaded were 2/3 full didn't even crest the lower part of the box. Tried calling multiple times no answer and mailbox is full.

I'm giving up on this location. Repeated problems with delivery orders, always wrong and missing items I paid for. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, got 2 cheeseburgers; ordered a shamrock flurry with m&ms instead of oreos, got it with nothing in it; ordered 2 sausage muffins that are supposed to come with cheese on them, neither had cheese. That's just my most recent 2 orders, they couldn't get either one right. It's pitiful.

Every time I go to this McDonalds it’s always a problem either my food or the experience with the employees but I’m completely done With this McDonalds!!! 1-10 I do not recommend they are trash service food is always wrong ; today Sonya the manager and another Hispanic manager and a couple of employees thought it would b funny to record an upset customer laughing telling her she’s going on TikTok for “going ballistic over food and to go cook at home” I just survived a HURRICANE THAT WIPED OUT MY ENTIRE HOME AND EVERYTHING IN IT I CANT GO COOK AT HOME!! What kind of manager would say something like that especially after a hurricane not knowing what a person is going through “at home” it’s sickening. I have an autistic child that I then told her I was trying to feed and don’t even eat at home if I were to have a home! This McDonalds and their staff and corporate should b ashamed of themselves! Nobody has or had a name tag on so I can’t even put all the employees names I just know Sonya from her working at multiple McDonalds in the past must b because she’s very rude but I did go get a video for myself since they thought it was funny to record me i will b taking yall to court for violating my privacy rights! I did not give permission for anybody to record me and put me on TikTok to cyber bully me !! I uploaded the video I took and pictures of the video showing faces of the employee walking to the back laughing after recording me and also don’t have a name tag along with the either of the managers!
