It took almost 1 hour for my order and still didn't get it all and by that time the sandwiches that I did get were cold and not eatable. I was told they had other customers and didn't have time to fix the rest of the food for my order and this was a manager telling me this. I was even refused for my money to be returned. It's sad when you have 2 little kids that love there McDonald's and I don't think I will ever go back. This place should be shut down.

I placed an online order at 10:20pm, got to the restaurant at 10:30, waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, then sat and waited at the actual speaker for 10 minutes....only for them to close at 11. They never said anything to either car at the speakers. They just stopped taking orders at 10:50. I hate that this is the closest McDonald's to me, but thankful that Taco Bell & Cookout are open late.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This McDonald's location consistently offers the worst fast-food experience imaginable. The staff acts like serving customers is an unbearable chore, making every interaction feel rushed and confrontational—rudeness is the norm here, not the exception. Beyond the poor attitude, the service is inexplicably slow. Waiting 15 minutes for a basic order, even when the drive-thru line is short, happens every time. To top it all off, they are perpetually out of stock on basic menu items. Every visit involves being told they can't make something because they are missing key ingredients. Save your time and your patience; go somewhere else where they appreciate your business and actually have food to sell.

Had to throw this thing away at the gas station after one bite. Only thing I ordered. Cheeseburger. They did include the cheese I suppose. Ice cold.

Me and my boyfriend went to McDonalds a few minutes before they closed. And we ordered large milkshake, along with other things. The lady gave us medium milkshake, and when I asked for the correct sized the lady told me “that’s generally not how things work when you order 5 minutes before we close”

I know that it seems like such a simple thing for sauces to be an item that are missing from a bag or something as simple as apple pies to be missing from a bag, but when it comes to people paying their money and for the cost of living to be what it is and for the constant pattern of this particular store, never completing an order and absolutely having everything the customer asked for in a bag is starting to become a annoyance, when on the phone with the manager, they say well what do you want me to do about it my simple answer is do better, read the receipts boo. I’m tired of everytime I order anything from this location there is ALWAYS something missing from the order.

There food is always cold! Your lucky if you get it fresh. Stop leaving the fries in the greese. There food has gone down heal. They will hire anyone.

Food was eh. Not the best. Tasted old. On top of that our cashier in the drive through was reading a book while we were waiting for him to take our payment! Literally he finished his page and then took our card. Next we go to the window to get our food. And the worker had his pants down low. We could see his bottom!! No name tags on either employee. Please do better!!!!

After a few visits here for breakfast on my way to work. The ladies are super nice at the windows. One of the better McDonald's around.
