It just took them not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR times to get my order right! Yes, my drive through order took 42 minutes to complete! This is why McDonalds is only my last ditch go-to to eat something but I could have called in an order at Longhorn, had real food, and probably had less wait and certainly less screwups.

Bro how do yall forget syrup for a big breakfast with hot cakes. I was one of two people in the drive thru, so I know there was no rush. There were four people at the window watching and nobody said anything or noticed it because they were just standing around jabbering. It was literally the only thing I ordered. It really feels like every time I come down Brevard Rd and try to get something to eat, it always gets messed up. Stop focusing so much on shoving everyone through the line as fast as possible and actually get the orders done right the first time please I’m so tired of this happening so often. Just pay attention to what you are doing please.

The one thing that I cannot stand about this McDonald's is they claim to be open until 11:00 p.m. online and when you call but when you actually go there every night they close at a different time sometimes they close at 7:00 sometimes they close at 8:30 other times they're open until 10:00 but tonight they decided to be closed at 8:10 p.m. and told me there was nothing they could do about my online order that it would automatically go back to my account after 24 hours it's just very frustrating that they say that they're open and take my money to place the order through the app but when you go there to pick up your order the whole place is dark and you can't get anybody to give you any response about anything when the manager did finally come to the window she told me that they were closed
