The food is hot and plenty of it. Staff is friendly. The place was not busy. They need to have a sign at the end of the road that says we are open. Was told since the pandemic they have not been busy. Lots of help but no business. The women's bathroom was not that clean. Parking lot was clean and plenty of spaces to park.

Ordered via ocharleys website for delivery. I ordered one steak well done and one steak rare. both steaks came well done. I ordered grilled onions for my steak, they came on my mashed potatoes (never seen that before), and bacon came on the mashed potatoes, we didn’t order that and my coworker doesn’t eat pork and my potatoes had mushrooms on them, which i don’t eat so there goes that. the service is always terrible at their asheville location, so i’ve resorted to take out because the food always seems to be decent. this was the worst experience i’ve had here. i tried calling when i received my food, it was about 8:50pm, they popped me on hold for 30 minutes before i looked them back up and saw they closed at 9pm. i don’t know how this location is still open, it really is the worst ocharleys i’ve ever been to. i’m sitting on hold now and have been for the last 10 minutes.

Really really bad first experience. I’m a server so this post is a first for me. Came in around 4 place was empty waited almost an hour for our food. When it did finally come it was dry and cold. Had a Togo order came out same time and burnt. The chicken on my salad also burnt. This was so bad. Took a couple bites and just want to leave****update: we both have food poisoning, I’m so mad

The waiter didn't bring us rolls even after we ask someone else brought or food out we ask her for rollsNo one offered to refill our drinks...FOOD WAS DELICIOUS only thing was they have changed something in the loaded potato soup and I didn't have many potatoes in it maybe 4 or 5? which was upsetting it was the main reason I chose this restaurant

We stopped in today for lunch.. BIG MISTAKE! Waited, waited and waited. Food was ok but SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I suppose there isn't enough help. Do not eat there unless you have time to waste! Definitely not worth the wait.

Autumn was our server and made our experience exceptional. My daughter took me to O'Charley's in Asheville NC to celebrate my 45th birthday. We were so glad to have been served by an excellent staff that made us feel welcome and made sure we had an enjoyable experience . Autumn stood out among the staff and proved to be not only extremely personable but made her job seem effortless in the way she executed it. She anticipated all of our needs and made our experience one to remember! Thank you O'Charley's for a lovely birthday celebration and a huge Thank You to Autumn! O'Charley's is so lucky to have you on their staff. I hope you reach your goals in your career as well as in life!

We visited on Saturday 2/19/2022. We were seated immediately and our waitress was POINT ON! Her name was Autumn and I cannot say enough positives about her attention to detail and service. She took our order, repeated it back to make sure she had everything correct, checked on us often, kept glasses filled, and overall created a perfect dining experience for us. Our meal was awesome! Cooked perfectly and served with an appeal that was inviting to dig in and enjoy. It’s service like what we had today that inspires me to come back again and again. Many thanks to Autumn and her excellent customer service skills and the kitchen staff who prepared our meals.

I know everyone is short staffed and the wait staff was great! Food not great. Rolls were not the big fabulous rolls we have all come to love as these were small and doughy. My bake potato was a reheated potato as it was all but dried up inside. We won’t go back.

I had the best experience! My server brittany was hands down the best. She had the best attitude and very attentive to me and my wife! My steak and chicken tenders were amazing, my wife got the bacon cheddar burger everything was cooked just how we requested! Definitely will come back again thanks to our service

We ate here and took the sirloin and baby ribs and the chicken tenders. The service was good. Even when they got our sides wrong, after we told them they switched it right away. They were very nice, and the dishes were very large. We came out of the country and we wanted a classic dinner and that’s what we got. You won’t leave hungry ?

The bartender totally ignored us & started slamming stuff when we asked for our tab just for a beer because we were never offered a menu. Will never be back & recommend reevaluating the staff. Understandably there is a shortage on help but to be attentive to certain people & not others is very unacceptable.we get it there's regulars but guess thats why you lost business & a tip
