What a terrible place.. the front door girl is a jerk... dont spend your money or time here!! They are complete idiots. They refused us entrance because I had an ice water.

Very weak atmosphere. They should advertise this bar as basically a gay bar because that’s exactly what it is. No issues with that, but when they don’t advertise it and when you go in, it basically gets thrown in your face. And if you say anything back to someone, even if they are the aggressor, expect to be booted. It’s Asheville so I understand the environment, but this place sucked.

Andy is PHENOMENAL. I was completely out of oil and my cap was too tight for me to get off. Andy was playing pool on his night off and went out of his way to help me remove the cap and fill my oil up. He was mid pool game. I was worried as to how I ran out of oil so fast so he even went as far as to get ahold of a buddy of his who owns a shop. Mind you this is all at 1:30 am on a Saturday night. He deserves a raise and then some. Best service I’ve ever had at a bar and HE WASN’T EVEN WORKING!!! 10/10 would recommend Andy. Not to mention he has the best dimples. Thank you, Andy!!!

rachel is the best bartender i have ever met. when you go to shakey’s look for the girl with a hat and long hair. they’re the best bartender i have ever met. andy was our bouncer and i felt so safe with him

Great atmosphere, reasonable prices, friendly service!
Checked this place out on a weekend trip to Asheville, great atmosphere and staff. I enjoyed the live bands and the local beer.
