There was at least six staff members conjugated together, laughing and hanging out the entire time and my table did not get attended to at all. We had to get up and ask for our drink refills. They were there to socialize not work. And they seemed super inconvenienced by us, It made for a very uncomfortable environment. It was beyond rude.

Ole Guacamoles catering Asheville location literally saved my daughters wedding when Papa's and Beer canceled on me 5 days prior to her wedding feeding 180 guests. They were so kind and told me " don't worry, we got you" They put together the menu we wanted in 4 days . It was meant to be because the food was so good everyone raved about it all. I cannot support this place enough for saving the day with the fresh delicious menu they provided me.

Very poor delivery service. No attention to detail. Hard to get a person on the phone. No napkins, forks/spoons were delivered. It was delivered to the wrong person until I found it

Waited for over an hour and fifteen minutes at the bar while they "looked for our order." The food was messy and cold and the order was incomplete. I called the restaurant once my boyfriend returned with the order and attempted to let them right their wrong. Instead the General Manager, Chris, lied and said that my boyfriend took the food and left without paying his beer tab. I told him he had he facts wrong and that we had a receipt showing he paid his tab at 6:49. I offered to send a copy and then he pivoted to something else. He refused to refund or compensate any of the meal and was rude. STAY AWAY!!!

First time in Asheville and was looking forward to a mexican restaurant for my birthday. The reviews were great, and I’m not sure how. First off, we order queso and our server brought us chips and mashed up refried beans? As we’re eating the chips there was a black hair on one of them so we didn’t finish them. About 15 minutes later the server finally brought us the queso we ordered so we asked for more chips. Never got them. Secondly, our food was brought out to us, as I’m mixing up my food I notice a steel wool bristle in my food. Luckily I’m observant, but if I wasn’t that could’ve ended badly. Thankfully the server was quick to apologize and had the kitchen make my food again, but I was hesitant to even eat it. Lastly, the food I did manage to eat made me feel sick for about 2 hours after. Very disappointing, especially on your birthday.
Excellent vegetarian fare, good though not great service, meh atmosphere, good value.

Drove by this place for years and never tried it until I started delivering for GrubHub and picked up deliveries frim here. Food that I've ordered here (so far) has been delicious. The place always looks clean and the atmosphere is nice. Food is out fast majority of the time. Employees always look busy and not standing around when customers are waiting on food.
