Greeter and server were wonderful. No wait, got soup and salad. Soup was great. Salad was good, but poorly mixed (a ton of onions). We left full at a reasonable price.

Olive Garden has always been my top favorite restaurant. But this one has went downhill so much over the past few years. We went today for a birthday lunch and the service was HORRIBLE. We waited 45 minutes at 11:30 for 4 people. When we finally got sat down our server was even worse. She didn’t refill our drinks one time. And we asked for more Alfredo dipping sauce and never got it. Our salad looked like it had been sitting for a while. The lettuce was wilted. And the soup wasn’t hot. Just not a good experience. I hope they can get it together because it use to be great.

The food was good but the pasta was dry. The soup and salad and bread sticks were on point. There was hardly any light to see your food to be able to eat. The staff was amazing and there was no wait time.

Great service and a decent FREE meal on Veterans Day. We got onsite early and had a nice early lunch.
Soup and salad were good, but I remember the breadsticks being better years ago.

My girlfriend and I stopped into the Olive Garden in Asheville on Tunnel Road and we had their soup and salad and it was probably the best lunch I’ve ever had. It was really good and our waiters name was Rain. I know, a very unusual name. He said he liked his name, but when when he was a kid, the other kids would tease him saying rain rain go away come back another day but he had a great sense of humor about it, lifting our spirits, making our day a lot more fun and we will certainly be going back to Olive Garden again!

They dont take reservations, my wife and Myself came in nobody was waiting. They put us on a wait, no problem. But then a party of 3 then s party of 6 came in. They were put on a wait as well. But oddly they sat both other tables way before us.
