We recently had Outback's in Asheville cater our son's wedding, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every way imaginable to ensure that our special day was a truly wonderful event. A special thank you to Leah, Jesse, and Summer, who were absolutely instrumental in making everything run so smoothly and seamlessly. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making everything perfect. The food, as expected, was absolutely delicious and received rave reviews from all our guests. Outback's catering did a tremendous job, and we are so grateful for their exceptional service that helped make the wedding such a memorable success!

Update.... my order was completely wrong again. I even called to verify it was correct but nope completely wrong. I had to cancel.. get refund... and reorder... big mistake. It's now been 3 hours since I ordered food that I still do not have and outback managers DID NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. IF YOU CANT CHECK IT DONT ORDER IT..THEY DONT CARE.

2021 January I have ordered delivery from outback probably 30 or 40 times in the past year. My order is always WRONG. They have left things out of my order repeatedly and refuse to give me more than 4 little tiny ranch sauces for a giant plate of cheese fries. They said I had to pay for extra and I have repeatedly told them that was fine... Just charge me then I have been treated like garbage by this restaurant after spending hundreds over this year. I will never eat there again. Their food is good but if you can't actually get what you ask for then there's no point. Nobody should have to pay for extra ranch when they don't give you enough to begin with...but I have offered to pay for it just to get my order right. They have repeatedly admitted they were wrong but today called to tell me I can't get more than 4 tiny and I mean tiny containers of ranch. The service is TERRIBLE.The managers do not care. Don't order delivery from outback.You will have nothing but problems. Plenty of other restaurants who actually care about repeat repeat repeat customers will do an overwhelmingly better job. This outback is a disgrace. Ive saved my voice mail from them and I have screenshots of orders and pictures of what I actually got and I will call their cooperate office. I'm disgusted at the amount of money I've spent at a restaurant that doesn't give a damn about their customers. Once again they have gotten my orders wrong every single time and have given me gift cards and had to come back here several times... But they want to lose a customer over the amount of ranch sauce I ask for. I should get the same amount of ranch for my delivery that people that are in the restaurant get.... But they expect me to be able to use 4 little tiny ranch sauces for a huge batch of cheese fries... Yet in the restaurant you get a large bowl of ranch. I do ask for extra of these little containers and I have offered to pay even though that's ridiculous for $50 orders. The phone call I received today from management was the end for me... Telling me I'm only entitled to 4 little ranch... Equivalent to 4 pks of ketchup from a fast food restaurant. I will be calling cooperate. I have wasted so much money with these selfish, ungrateful people.

It was awful my salad I could not eat because half should have went in the trash, my potato was cold and over cooked, my ribs where sad, my margarita was disgusting! This place is disgusting to say the least do urself a favor and do not waste it money!!!!!!

OK this thing of not having enough space to sut and eat without being pushed on by the table is for the birds. All people aren't size 2 kidnapping material. Some of us are larger and want enough room to be comfortable.

I visited this Restaurant recently and I had the worst service I have ever had the food was cold and the waitress where straight up mean like there where in high school instead of working a job felt like teenagers where delivering my food. There was no toilet paper in the restroom, and they where very un professional and I will not spend my money there again.

Made a reservation, didn't get seated til almost 30 minutes later from our appointed time. Once seated, we didn't get asked what we wanted to drink for another 15 minutes. Once the waiter showed back up, we ordered our food and appetizer. At this point, almost 45 mins later, we received the entrees, which were dry. Still haven't received our appetizers or the contemplementary bread and butter. Going out is a treat for us, because we work so much. We were just so disappointed 😔

Service has a serious issue. My server rarely came by, never filled my drink and treated us like we were a nuisance. This is a shame because last year they were doing better. I won't be back and don't recommend this place

Our 25 minute wait to be seated turned in a hour. Waitress took our order for drinks another 15 minute wait. The waitress was more interested in the larger tables of people instead of my 4 people. Always checking on the other tables not ours. After we had been there for over 2 hours with only the appetizer. I asked the waitress just to box everything to go. By the time the food came out we had been there 2.5 hours. That is too long to wait for any meal.
