Quiet dinner with friendly staff. Ordered the soup of the day but it tasted like it was out of a can and not hot. Drinks were good and so was the ribeye. Vegetables and potatoes were not warm and lacked flavor. I'll say we went to the lounge the next night and the wings and quesadilla were amazing.

Dinner was a nice experience. We enjoyed the food and the view was fabulous. My husband and I shared our entree because we also had an appetizer and instead of giving us an extra plate, the chef separated the meal into two and served on separate plates so we had our own portions which was very nice. Our server was excellent.

Very nice restaurant. Greeted by the hostess a few seconds after we got there. Seated immediately, and waitress came with water and menus. Very quick service , we pretty much placed our order right after we received our drinks , and had food at the table within 10 minutes. We got the bbq bacon burger with fries . It was amazing , so yummy and food was hot and fresh. Very good experience. The view was so nice and it was so peaceful.

I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a variety to choose from. Many healthy options.Cassie was awesome! Very pleasant and caring. I noticed this demeanor with other guests as well. We need more like her. Her staff consisting of Sam, Joannie, Jimmy, and Erin were awesome as well. Even when short staffed, these individuals performed very well. I'll return just to eat at Overlook Restaurant.Not so good was the hostess for Sunday (May 5th) dinner. I forgot her name. She had finished petting a dog the came to seat me. Her words, " I won't get your menu with this hand. I just got finished petting a dog." Disgusting in the food industry. If I had met her prior to the other individuals, I would have eaten my meals, including breakfast elsewhere. If I could rate her individually, it would be a 1. I

whether you're staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel or not you need to try the Overlook Restaurant. I've not been disappointed with anything I've had from the menu. And the Service is top notch.or not

Dined here for the first time, arrived for brunch. The food was fair, but nothing exceptional, and the prices were reasonable. Entering the hotel lobby, it was beautiful, clean and very elegant, and the restaurant looked relatively nice to sit down. First impression was the meal would be elevated to match the surroundings. The waiter was nice, but slow to refill our drinks when they were empty, even with only 4 other diners. The buffet was clean and the food looked appetizing, but it was bland and basic. The coffee was bitter and tasted old. It could not be disguised, no matter how much sugar and cream I added. The yogurt parfait bar was the best part of the dining experience. Overall, not the greatest restaurant food, but not the worst. I would dine there again, but next time I'll just know what to expect.
Parking: HUGE parking lot, no problem finding a spot even if it were crowded.
