This had been highly recommended to me several times, so maybe my expectations were too high. My lavender latte was way too soapy and sweet (always a risk w lavender lattes, but their syrups are house-made so I thought it’d be worth the risk). The croissants were fine but the cardamom bun was so sickly sweet with hardly an afterthought of actual cardamom. I’ll be back for the sourdough, but next time I’ll skip the coffees and pastries. Lovely atmosphere and customer service though!
Great baked loveliness and excellent baristas! Not a lot of seating so to-go orders are key
I stood in linear made my order. The girl told me there was only one item left that I wanted. I ordered it and she began to put my order together. There was a guy a couple of people behind me when he decided to walk past me and make an order. As the girl went to put my item is a bag the other worker came to and said that he was sorry that item was already sold. She apologized and would not give me my order. I told her that the item was purchased after I had already ordered it and in fact the guy who bought it had cut the line and took my order. The both of them stood there looking unsure of what to do. Needless to say the other worker literally took my pastry from her hand and gave it to the line cutter. This was my first visit ti this place and believe me it will be my last. I will further make sure to let everyone I run into in that area what kind of business they run.....shame.
The pastries and coffee are amazing.
This is one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. The baked goods are second-to-none. Today, we bought a variety of baked goods for Mother's Day. Sweet and savory croissants and strudels. All of the baked goods had just the right amount of sweetness and spice. The texture in all of the goods was melt in your mouth delicious.
The service was also very fast and efficient. The bakery was very crowded with a line out the door. I waited at most 5 minutes and the staff took the order and boxed up three boxes of baked goods in under 3 minutes. They also gave me a little bonus of two delicious cookies. Great place. Next time, I will try the coffees and dine in.
Food is so good, worth every penny
My first time here, and I absolutely loved it! Very cozy and roomy with delicious pastries (I got the guava pastelito yummm) and coffee (orange blossom cappuccino 10/10). Very kind and knowledgeable staff as well which were welcoming. 😊
I would recommend yall check them out if you haven't already!!
These baked goods are works of art. And I didn’t get why cardamom buns would be such a big deal, so I tried one, and now I get it. Wow. I do find Owl ever so slightly overpriced, so I don’t go as often as I’d like. Would love to see specials on buying multiple pastries, not just when they’re no longer fresh.
The danish and lattle were perfect today.
I was a bit off this morning and that was such a lovely shift to my day. Sweet smiling faces there and getting to sink into those delicious and delightful experiences. Thanks
Best laminated pastries on the continent. I'll stand behind that. The croissant was flawless.

Emma (the manager) was so rude to my friend for asking to heat up her cardamom bun?? It was the most bizarre experience. She made it a point to come over and scold our whole table for wanting a warm pastry. The lemon tart was good, but NOT worth that drama.
Always delicious and picture perfect
Modern decor and layout with plenty of space to sit and read or eat. Quiet but warm atmosphere. By noon, our pastries did taste like day-olds. I’m sure they are better earlier in the morning. But a croissant that is almost $7- I expect more! The staff are friendly and helpful and we did enjoy our visit. I’d come again!
The very best bakery.
Kind and helpful staff. All solid food with some particularly amazing items, like the speciality Vanilla bean and sour cream custard with grapefruit marmalade
