I feel bad for the employees here. You can tell they’re working hard behind the counter to get orders out and probably have to deal with a lot of unhappy customers because the owner doesn’t hire enough employees to run front of house, restock and clean the dining areas. One of the employees was working on fixing the ice machine as well because it was malfunctioning. The owner needs to take more pride in their establishment. It may cost more to hire more employees but you’ll get higher ratings and more customers if you actually put money into getting adequate staff to get lines moving and make it a more pleasant experience to eat here. The people who do work behind the counter were very nice, it’s a shame they don’t have a better owner to work for.

$38 for 2 meals. Ordered on the kiosk and gave my name and number to be notified. Never was, only got my food because I went up to the pick up place and saw it sitting there for who knows how long. The water I ordered wasn’t with it so I asked the person behind the counter and he said that it should have been provided at the front desk (cashier) so went and put my food down then came back up to get a water and there was no one to be seen, no bell or service button so I simply said hello loudly and continued every 10ish seconds. No one ever showed up so I just reached over and took a water myself. Every available table was dirty so I wiped one down myself to sit down and eat. Personally I got one of the back in stock French dippers (full). Each sandwich half had one maybe 2 slices of meat and one peice of cheese. Double the amount of bread on the top load and bottom loaf than the filling. To top it all off I ordered it all as dine in but they gave me a to go cup of soup so I was unable to even dip the supposed dipper and the soup was half full of onions so I was out of liquid to cram my sandwich into after just half a sandwich. Extremely disappointing, should have went to Mcalister

I have been a few times in the past week. I've dined in once for breakfast and gotten dinner to-go! The bacon and spinach souffle was pretty good, but it turns out souffle is not something I'd eat often. However, their salads are really good and so is their soup!

The store on Tunnel Road, Asheville…. How do I put this nicely…. Don’t go there. Especially if you’re a teenager and you happen to get into a minor fender bender…. Employees should not cuss, threaten or intimidate anyone especially not TEENAGERS. Nor should they ESCALATE the situation!!!!! To the employee I can not believe how you turned a minor dent into a huge fiasco. You were not only rude you were hostile and you traumatized a young girl for no reason!!!! She wasn’t going to leave . You didn’t need to threaten her and you didn’t need to get the owner of that car so riled up. Shame on you Miss “Lisa”
My family will not be going to ANYTHING owned by this company. Not when they have employees like this.

This is a place where homeless hang out. I recommend going to South Asheville location.

Food is good… long wait … I’m sure they are understaffed, however WHY are the bagels/ bread just thrown in the bag without any kind of paper wrapping?

The drive thru is a nightmare, it took 30 minutes to get to the window. Once you are in the drive thru there’s no way out you are trapped there. When I received my order I was missing one of my sandwiches. Next time I placed an order online to be picked up inside. The app told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes and it ended up taking 45 minutes to get two sandwiches.

i'm in a drive through line rn bored out of my mind and there are SO MANY RATS running around like i've seen probably 5-10 in the 11 mins i've been sitting here
Everytime I’m in the drive thru it takes a solid 30 minutes. They need to speed it up if they’re offering a drive thru.

They truly deserve no stars. Mya who is one of the works there routinely is rude to customers and is rude to her own managers and they do nothing to correct the issue. I had a $200 order that was being picked up and they promised the order to be able to be picked up at 11:47 at 12:27 the order was still not ready. I pointed this out to the general manager who then said that her crew was busy. Mya then began telling the other manager “I am not getting that order ready, I am too busy” she then directly started yelling at me and continuing to be rude with both managers standing there and she was not corrected for this behavior

Arrived around 8 AM for breakfast placed our own automated order served our own coffee and waited approximately two minutes before our pre-sliced bagels arrived with cream cheese on the side had to spread our own cream cheese. We were the only ones in the place for about 45 minutes Clean inside but very chilly actually it was 35° outside and the air conditioning was on inside the place. $20 for two bagels two coffees and we had to place the order ourselves other than that bagel was decent not anything like Bruegars Bagels im Asheville but satisfying nonetheless.
