The longest wait I've ever had for a single sandwich, with no update provided by staff and when asked how much longer we had a very rude response from staff. Disgustingly poor customer service. Panera is already overpriced anyway, but to wait an hour in the drive thru is ridiculous and then be talked to like I'm begging and not a paying customer. Seems like management needs to do some training, if they care.

I ordered through their app, and it took 2 hours to get to me. Additionally, when it DID arrive, there was hair both in my mac and cheese and in my drink, and the bread on my sandwich was stale.
Waited too long for 2 Turkey bacon bravo sandwiches. There was barely any meat and only half of a slice of bacon on them. Also asked for mayo and a completely different sauce was on them 🤦🏾♀️

During the hurricane somebody gave a gift card from Panera, we were super excited to use it.. Today we went to Panera close to Asheville mall and I bought a Capresse hot sandwich… it was 2 tomato slices and lettuce… C’mon Gus you can do it better! It looks horrible and it looks like the only thing inside the sandwich is frustration and anger with 2 tomato slices… I was truly very disappointed after driving from 15 min to get there!

As of Sat. November 2nd, this location has not reopened post hurricane!! I went and the location was closed despite saying open online
