What is the point of having a Papa John’s in east Asheville. Every time I go to order they’re always close.

Placed an order using the app, never received confirmation. Verified bank account was charged. Called to resolve the issue and proceed with my order. After 20 minutes and the call center attempting to connect me to the store 6 times I was finally told my only option is to drive to the store and find the manager in person to resolve the issue. Regarding the charge to my account, I was told to call my bank. Just wanted some pizza.

Pizza is always good, but this location has serious management issues. Seems to always be understaffed causing delays in estimated times and less than optimal customer service. Closed at odd times and on odd days. Seems like this is a part time business....who has ever heard of that with a pizza place. Website currently says temporarily closed ......... without a message on the answering machine with an explanation. This franchise needs to be pulled from them and sold to someone who will run it like every other Papa John's.

Worse service, call them and they put you on-hold and never pick back up. You waste 32 minutes and they have to hang up and call back and go through the same thing with the same result.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They where 50 mins behind on order on a Saturday night! They did not notify us of any delay. The app said it would be ready in 15-25 mins. When we arrived they wouldn’t come to the window to even see if our order was ready. We had to ring the bell multiple times before they would come. We ordered the pizza at 6:35 & received it at 7:35. Not acceptable. Do not order from this location!

I ordered and paid online. I tracked my order. When I arrived the app said my order was being prepared. After it was ready. I stood outside and watched one employee on her phone before leaving. After being ignored and other customers arrived yelled through the speaker our orders were ready. One person was from door dash. The employee snapped at me said there are only two of us. I said just get my pizza it has been ready 20 minutes. She asked my name. Went and got my pizza. Forgot my drink. I had to go back and get it. The pizza was cold. You need to hire people!!!

We ordered pizza tonight from here and they failed to inform us or any of the other customers standing at the window waiting that they where 50 mins behind. They wouldn’t come to the window either. It took us over an hour to get our pizza, that was according to the app suppose to take 15-25 mins. I understand being short staffed but they could have informed people their pizzas would be late and could have came to the window instead of standing there waving at people at the window. Then the pizza was cold!!

This was my go to pizza place. They delivered and as a disabled person who can't get out easily. I could order and have it delivered. But they stopped that and now only Pizza Hut delivers.

They changed the delivery distance. And since then, I can no longer order delivery since no stores are "close enough" as if it's that hard to drive 3 miles.

I've been ordering here almost daily since the pandemic started, and I haven't had any complaints so far. They actually put discounts on things without being asked, I think there's pretty much a deal for any combination of pizzas, which makes it easier for me because then I don't have to adjust what I want to meet some criteria for a deal.I would like to say that usually there's only 2-3 people working at a time, and just from observing outside the windows it looks like not everyone can do everything inside. There's usually one person, I'm guessing a manager, who rushes around between making pizzas, taking them out of the oven, and handing them out to us customers. Now usually things go fine, but there are times I'm waiting outside like everyone else and other people are calling the store being rude to the staff? Do you guys not see them rushing around to get things done? I say make it as easy as possible for them, making it harder isn't going to help
