Great customer service for our delivery order! Courteous driver and right on time! Food obviously was fantastic. Our employees were very pleased and well fed.

This location is always on point. Even if they make a mistake, they always apologize and make it right. Great service and keep up the good work.

Hardly any cheese on the pizza. Made for a toddler bite size. This location has bad vibes. Never again!

We order from this Papa John’s at least twice a month for delivery and are never disappointed! The food is fresh and the drivers are always pleasant. We had an instance tonight where we had a bear on our porch and we were able to alert the driver as he got out of his car. He kindly placed the pizza on our neighbor’s porch for us to retrieve once it was safe. We are always so appreciative of the food and interactions from this branch!

I have always enjoyed Papa John's until I picked one up at this location. It was cold and flavorless, despite just coming out of the oven. I would have enjoyed a frozen pizza much more than this soggy piece of dough.

So GRATEFUL for the amazing generosity and kindness Papa Johns extended to people in the American Red Cross shelter at the NC Ag Center! This made many people who are suffering feel better and brought smiles to their faces!

I used to love picking up orders the Hendersonville Road store in Asheville as the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Comes in a new young woman employee at the reception, receiving orders and giving their food to customers. First time I see her, she is very rude, doesn't respond to my "hello", doesn't respond to my question to tell me if my order is ready, etc. She seems quite angry. Very strange and unsettling. Next time I go there, I have a candid conversation with the manager who greets me in her usual friendly manner. I wanted to express my concern for the young girl who had been so rude and didn't seem to be a job that fitted her personality. It turns out that young girl is her daughter. Things only escalated from there, the girl has been continuously verbally abusive to me and last time I was there to pick up an order she locked the door to prevent me from entering the store, refused to give me my order, kept yelling at me through the drive in window. She was totally hysterical and when I asked her why she was behaving in such a hostile way with me, she yelled "I don't have to explain myself to you."Finally another employee took my order that was sitting on the shelf and handed it to me through the window. I thanked him and left. I will never set foot in that place again. Very toxic environment. Too bad, really. No room for drama in my life.

I’ve ordered from this Papa Johns for many years, and I have to say that this current experience with ordering a pizza for delivery has been one of the worst. I placed my order and it was supposed to be delivered approximately 25 minutes after I ordered I live less than a mile from this location, it took over one hour to get my pizza not only was the pizza cold, but the service was also unacceptable.I called the location to voice my concerns of what was going on. The manager wouldn’t let me finish my question and quickly cut me off and said it’ll be there in a minute and I stated are you sure cause it’s been changing the times 3 to 4 times which extended it from 20 minutes to over an hour And frustration I hang up the phone.Usually I would not post or give a negative review, but this experience was very Unacceptable. It is not that difficult to deliver a pizza and if there’s that many delays, The customer service experience would be to call the customer and let them know that the order is going to be delayed and why an offer solution not cut them off and speak them.

Liked the pizza before tonight. Pizza and breadsticks were half done and both tasted like the cardboard box they came in. But the girl you have there that does the phone ordering is not very good. She talks over you and when I called to place an order today she said hold on for a minute I wasn't on hold because she was still on the call then she hung up on me.I want to keep ordering from here but not if she is going to be doing the phone orders.My husband calls and orders on the phone with the same girl. We are in your system. He gave her his name which is Tommy she kept calling him Jose. Huh?She really doesn't need to be answering the phone
