The food and coffee is amazing. The absolute best thing though is the service. Every time I’m here I’m treated like a friend rather than just a customer. It’s easy to feel comfortable here, the atmosphere and staff have an amazing energy. They go out of their way to engage with my 5 year old who absolutely loves the staff and the hot chocolate.

Ive been coming here for a while, the shop is super cute and the staff is always really kind! The coffee here is great, I prefer it over other shops in town. the food isnt anything special but it's what youd expect. It's a nice place to come and relax or have a conversation. My only real complaint is the pricing, but thats to be expected most places in AVL.

Each of the PennyCup coffee shops have a different vibe. This North location is the least enjoyable. There is nothing special about it.
* customer service really does not exist beyond the making of espresso drinks.
* The baristas tend to be passionless and dull.
