I just went and picked up a pizza at the Leicester location and I am never seen such a nasty nasty place. And I'm talking about the floor the surroundings and the employees. The owner need to go check on his place of business whoever that may be.

23 dollars for a veggie pizza couldn’t even cut it decent. Which is five slices. No sauce that’s extra. Customer service was awful. Hopefully I won’t get a hair or sick from this 23 dollar medium pizza. Wow

It’s annoying when you order a pizza and breadsticks for like $30 and they can’t even cut the breadsticks and the pizza isn’t even done. I’ve worked in food service and it’s like the ability to not even do the most basic things and have to pay these high prices is wild.

At first, I thought I wasn't going to enjoy becuase aside from waiting 20mins+ for our orders, they don't have ketchup, salt, or pepper. I was like....? Why the heck don't they have it....... And thennnnn, we started eating. And guess what? YOU DIDN'T NEED IT. Becuase it was already as goood as it gets! It was so good that we finished everything in less than 20mins. I thought people are just being rude about the ketchup thing but noooo. They were actually right not having extras like that becuase you basically don't need it when you eat at The Hut! The slogan they have is legit! "No One Out Pizzas The Hut"!!! Thanks for the experience and preparation of food, it was great!

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have ramps for wheelchairs. Which is good for the disabled ☺️

We placed an online order for pick-up and headed to this Pizza Hut once we received the notification that our order was ready. However, when we arrived at the drive-thru, we were told it would be another few minutes. We ended up waiting outside with our children for 30 minutes, despite the order being marked as ready. Are kids were starting to get upset so we decided to request a refund and leave.

When I motioned to a worker inside, he waved me off dismissively. Since we could no longer wait, I went inside with the card to request a refund. I was told that they couldn't assist me and that I would need to get in the ordering line. I explained that we were from the drive-thru and just wanted a refund, but another worker responded with, “You better stop talking if you don’t want me to go get something from the back.” This felt like a threat to me.

An older worker then told me he couldn’t give a refund and threatened to call the police if I didn’t wait. At this point, I was extremely confused by their hostility. I called corporate, and the representative instructed us to stay in the drive-thru line, assuring me they would handle the situation.

Within five minutes, the older worker opened the drive-thru window and told us the refund had been processed—then slammed the window shut in our faces. We are still unclear about the unprofessional and threatening behavior we encountered. While I understand everyone has difficult days, professionalism is essential when representing a company. In situations like this, a simple refund would have been a much better solution than the way we were treated.

Paid for pizza at windows. Was asked to park for "a couple of minutes" for order. After 30 minutes I went to door. Worker said he forgot to bring order to me. He gave it to me. I asked for a refund of my tip and was told he would credit it back. He closed door before I could remind him I paid cash. Pizzas were cold. One had no sauce.

Ordered TWO pizzas and a large cheese bread. Only got one pizza, she told them nicely I had ordered n paid for two. They said no ,she called back and changed it. No I did not, one ain't enough my family. ! Wouldn't even listen to my mother n law who was picking up for me. 2nd time they've messed up. Tried to speak to manager. Kept gttn transferred,and was on hold forever. Finally hung up. ?

We placed our order at 5:34pm for delivery online and was told it would be delivered no later than 7:09pm. 7:20 the guy shows up and says he was given the wrong order and had to go back and get the right one. Around 8pm or after he comes back with the food and it's cold. I tried calling twice during this time. The first time the guy was rude and put me back on hold. I call back and I'm told that I called the store number but was routed to the call center and put back on hold. Never got to talk too anyone. Worse experience and customer service ever.
