Ordered a large hand tossed, half Supreme and half Veggie Lovers no onions. Hand someone stop and pick it up for me. I now know why I stopped going to Pizza Hut. It was HORRIBLE!. It wasn't ready at 1:30 pm but it's funny it all of a sudden was 1 minute after it was paid for. You couldn't tell if there was any sauce, the green peppers were half raw and the crust was half cooked. Even though it was the $12.00 special it should still have been good quality. The male that answered the phone to take my order was unprofessional and didn't even say thank you. Needless to say I will not be going back there. Extremely disappointed !

We finally tried their Sunday Buffet and I was very nostalgic. The only thing missing was the pitchers of soda my family used to get when we were little.The pizza and pasta was fresh and delicious. However the salad bar had some sad items in it like broccoli that seemed like it had gone bad. Other than that it was really good and the staff was busy but friendly.We didn't go there for the salad anyway... ;)

I called and asked at 7:15 when the dining room would be closed and was told it closes at 8:00. Immediately drove 15 minutes from Asheville, only to be told that the dining room was closed. It would have been fine to be told it was closing earlier than the stated time when I called and save the 30 minutes of driving, rather than what was clearly a scramble to close the dining room after someone called and asked if it was open. Luckily Dominos down the road was able to provide.

My fiance and I recently visited Pizza Hut for the buffet experience, and while we enjoyed the delicious taste of the pizzas, we left somewhat disappointed by the limited selection available. The lack of variety, especially in terms of pizza options and the absence of dessert pizzas, left much to be desired. We anticipated a wider range of choices to savor during our visit. Despite the disappointment in selection, the pizzas we did have were undeniably tasty. We hope Pizza Hut considers expanding their buffet offerings to include a more diverse array of pizzas to enhance the overall dining experience.
The lady with the pink hair is very rude. Pizza hut has to be desperate to have someone like that working for their company.
