The manager Crystal is wonderful and is fantastic at customer service. Our drive-thru order had some issues with it and Crystal took care of us and fixed our order. This hardworking woman works 7 days a week, 2pm until close! Best customer service I’ve received at a fast food restaurant, I highly recommend this location

Overall disappointed in the establishment and employees. We ordered two simple kids meals and two apple pies and both orders were entirely messed up. After kindly explaining the orders were wrong, we received attitude and got our meals fixed. After pulling off, we also realized they didn’t even give us the apple pies we paid for. On top of that, we didn’t get a receipt to prove what we paid for. Truly disappointed and wish we had a better experience.

When I arrived I was promptly greeted in a friendly manner, my order arrived faster than expected based on how busy they were, and the lovely people behind the counter made sure that I had everything I needed to make my experience here as amazing as it could be, will definitely be coming back

Pulled in the drive-through and employees were all outside smoking. They went inside to take the order. The kid taking the order and drive-through mumbles I asked for the three-piece dinner, dark meat, get to the window he was sitting at the counter playing on his phone and talking to somebody I sat there probably five minutes before he finally walked over and took my payment. He was not personable at all. Didn’t even so much is say hi or even look my way when taking my payment. Then quickly asked me to pull forward to wait for my food to come out. Still waited. Another 10 minutes. Food came out. I checked it and I had all white meat so I circled back around to the window and a lady came to the window. I let her know I was supposed to have dark meat because I do not eat white meat so I just took my bag came back, handed it to me apologized, and I thought surely they would get it right this time, I had my kid check it as I was pulling out, cause I was ready to get home. It’s getting late and again I have a thigh and three wings. Nobody informed me they might be out of legs or other Thighs they just threw the wings in there after I explained to them I don’t eat the white meat so again I’m back home now and I have a box of chicken that I will not eat Not to mention, they didn’t even give me my drink, and I was so distracted with my order not being right I forgot about it. I definitely will not be back.

Such a weird experience. After paying at the counter, the gentleman who took my order started ROARING with laughter. Over nothing. It was only the two of us at the counter, and all I said was "thank you." He did the same thing AGAIN after calling my name when my food was ready. As I was asking him if he was ok or if there was a problem, his co-worker asked if he was off his meds. Definitely made me VERY uncomfortable. Won't go back!
Cajun fries weren't fresh but the sandwich was hot.

I like Popeyes I think their food is superior to a lot of other chicken fast food places, but damn I have to stop coming here because it’s clearly not fast food. Last four times I’ve come it takes twenty plus minutes for chicken tenders. WTH… whoever owns this particular franchise should probably hire people at a higher rate so they keep folks that know how to cook.
The people here are always nice and kind but dang just pay them more and you’ll keep employees.
