I called and told them that my chicken wasn't fully cooked and they said to come back and they'll replace my order I did go back for the second time and my chicken still not fully cooked I'm very disappointed I spent almost $40

So very disappointed. Save your money! The service was fine, the drive-through was quick and the employee was very courteous. The food was terrible. I ordered six boneless wings and paid $7.50 to open a box and find six Very hard pieces of mostly fried breading. I could’ve gotten more chicken in two McNuggets from McDonald’s than I had in all six of those wings. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

Gary my husband and I went to the Brevard Rd Popeye’s location this evening on 9/6/25, at 5:45 pm. I was expecting to be disappointed by the service and the food due to the negative reviews I read prior to going to this location ( there were worse reviews for the Smoky park location, so we chose this one). To our SURPRISE, we had wonderful service from Gabby and Crystal the manager, they were friendly, courteous and professional. The 3 piece fried chicken was hot, juicy, and perfectly spicy, with a large chicken breast and 2 crispy wings. The red beans and rice were also hot and delicious. After getting home we kept saying how delicious that meal was, we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you SO much Gabby and Crystal! Gary and Kathy Rhodes

Had to go inside to place an order since I didn't hear anyone answer the drive thru, and when I got in, I found Gabby dealing with an extremely rude DoorDash Driver and order. She was extremely helpful to her (and me) despite the dashers rudeness, and when I came to order, she apologized for having to come inside. Great staff! Hope they don't have to deal with that kind of rudeness all the time.

Thanks Crystal, Tammy and Nikki. I've never left reviews before but had to shout out that these women went above and beyond helping me provide the family with a meal together through a very difficult day! The suggestions were spot on! I gave a head count with the number of kids and adults and they took it from there with patience and empathy as I had no clue how to pull it off while so distracted. We had everything needed and was the easiest part of our day! I'll remember them!

And the store was also filthy, we had to clean our own table to sit at. And when we tried to leave an online complaint it told us “sorry we are currently unable to continue this survey”

We came to this Popeyes tonight and met Joshua at the drive thru. He got our order perfectly, and brought our food out to our car. He was so sweet and was working so hard to get things out as quickly as he could! He deserves 5 stars and a raise (I gave less for the length it took to get our food which wasn’t his fault.) We waited 30 minutes for our food, but it appeared that there just wasn’t enough staff working. When I went inside to use the restroom while waiting, I noticed how understaffed it was. If it wasn’t for Joshua hustling, we probably would have been waiting even longer. We appreciated him, and from our point of view, he was doing an incredible job getting it done. Thank you Joshua!
