EC was our server and they were so sweet and charming. Truly a pleasure to have them serve us. My husband and I celebrated our new marriage/his birthday here and the food… I have no words. Everything was amazing and gluten free! Because we were celebrating, they provided us two glasses of champagne that was phenomenal and signed a card for us. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want a fine dining experience, we will be back to celebrate our anniversary next year!Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten free!

She knew the menu items very well for all the basics & she checked with the chef for details for a couple of subtle nuances with dietary needs where needed. Our servers - Hayley was training Eli - could not have been friendlier or more attentive. We chose this restaurant because my wife has Celiac, and options on a menu can often be tricky. This entire incredible menu is gluten-free! We didn’t even get to a main course tonight. We enjoyed biscuits with hot honey butter, sweet potato bisque, mushroom gnocchi, pork belly monte cristo, onion rings, shrimp hush puppies, grits with cheese and sorghum “popcorn,” a lemon thyme tart, and crème brûlée. Insane. We will absolutely not miss this place any time we travel to Asheville, and you shouldn’t either.Dietary restrictions: Utterly incredible for those on gluten-free diets

We have been to Posana many times over the years, it's my wife's favorite restaurant and they have always taken great care of us! My wife has Celiac disease, so gluten free is obviously important, and everything on the food menu is GF. However, Posana doesn't really "brand" itself as a GF eatery, and it doesn't have to... the food definitely stands on its own, and they do things that aren't easy to make GF, like breadsticks, biscuits, hush puppies, pastries... the brunch is fantastic!We just visited again for our anniversary and the service was top notch (Thanks EC!!)! They gave us some bubbly for the occasion and everything we had was really good! Can't wait for next time!

Amazing service all around, our waitress Tennille was incredible, funny, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Entire menu is gluten free (minus some local brews), and DELICIOUS. We went to celebrate our anniversary, the staff made sure to congratulate/celebrate that with us ♥️We are local, and both gluten sensitive, so this will likely be our go to spot anytime we have a reason to celebrate!
