3rd time in a row I order ahead by an hour and the food isn’t started and staff isn’t even aware the order was placed. The 2L beverage I asked for wasn’t in stock and they gave me a small bottle saying that was it ( wrong soda btw) no offer to comp anything at all instead they bum rushed to make the food go next door where service is much more attentive

I don't think tamales should have bones in them. The slapdash care that they give to orders to go is horrible.

1 sencilla SIN CREMA y le pusieron extra crema
en una de las especiales me salio un pelo 🤮.
llego una pareja después de mi y los atendió primero porque según su platica eran pastores.
mi orden de tajadas nunca llego y cuando al pagar les dije una de las que cocina puso su carota de enojada.
el mesero muy bien su trato.
asqueada quede con la comida.

I have never had such a bad experience in a restaurant. My plate of food was served with cold canned beans. The food took more than an hour. Honestly it was horrible not recommended at all.

Best pupusas I've had since living in Houston, TX. I could (and basically did) drink their salsa. This is a must go to for a quick snack, lunch, dinner or just because food is delicious and you want some.
I bought takeaway food and they gave it to me incomplete, the water is not made from natural fruit, I do not recommend it.

Placed a to go order and came back to pick it u 30 min later. When I got back to work I noticed the order I put in was missing some of the items that go with it. I was not able to go back and pick up the items that were left out of the order so I called to see if they would refund $6 for the pupusas and I was told no bc the items left out are complimentary w/ the pupusas. They asked me to drive back and pick up what they left out and I explained I could not bc I had to work which is why I was asking for a small refund but they refused. They took no responsibility for fixing an issue they created. The taquitos I had were not what I remember ordering a couple months ago and were not built the way they used to be. I feel this should have just been a quick refund and apology would have been fine as I know mistakes happen but they stuck to their guns that I didn’t deserve a refund and I think that’s bullsh*t. Likely won’t eat here again

great place with great food. we got several different kinds of pupusas and all of them were amazing. the cabbage and sauce that come with them are the perfect complimentary pair to the cheesy goodness in the pupusas. all the staff was incredibly friendly and quick. definitely stop by and try them!
