This is an outstanding burger, perfectly cooked especially if you’re into smash burgers. Fries are just as good, excellent toppings and unique enough to stand apart from other spots. Truly hope the “close” is temporary!

I ordered food here on a whim after dropping off some competition beers at HiWire, and I’m still thinking about it 3 hours later. If you want a good burger and have an open mind, this is a must visit spot. They will have an hour wait at some point in the future, and it’ll still be worth it. I’d even recommend this place for the Chai Pani crowd that says “damn, that’s a long wait.” Get a burger here instead. The $9 deal on Mondays is almost a crime, and you get to be the perp stealing from the genius chef.

While I appreciate the creative courage to deviate so sharply from traditional spice palates, my desire for a burger is only satiated by meat that has been griddle fried to perfection. This was just a somewhat sloppy concoction tasting overtly of curry powder. I think this may have been a blend of real beef and some plant based product. If you love a good burger with meat flavor, this place is not for you. Kudos to the creative use of unique spices for the fries. The rebel sauce is heavy on horseradish.

One of the best burgers in AVL. The dirst time I went I went back for seconds. Perfectly cooked, slightly crispy, enoigh cheese to give a nice texture but not so much to dominate the flavor. Also the house toppings they put on... just get the burger as it comes. And the fry seasoning isn't just a run of the mill pseudo-cajun red seasoning. Also a super friendly staff even when they're busy.
10/10 hands down! Ate there twice this week (I’m visiting from California) and it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had ? will definitely be recommending it to friends!

Seriously tasty burgers n fries! I’m there every Monday for their combo deal, which is a bargain! The clincher for me though is that they cook with beef tallow! So much healthier for you than seed oils. Service is friendly and speedy. New favorite burger joint in AVL. Nice job!
