Visited 3/25/24. Omg go to rebel burger if you haven't been already-what a solid food truck this is. My biggest regret was that I ate this burger so quick that I didn't have time to take pics. The process is fairly simple, you order via QR code, grab a drink at Hi-Wire if you wish in the meantime, then wait for them to email you that your order is ready. My mom and I split a rebel burger and an abundance bowl. The only thing we couldn't think of was how to tweak the ingredients while ordering online (my mom initially didn't want the mayo), but honestly upon trying the burger, we both admitted the ingredients included were perfection. That is one good burger and the bun was delicious too. And the abundance bowl was just as good-so flavorful and well balanced. A side/smaller version of the abundance bowl would be an awesome option instead of fries as something to go with the burger (we didn't want fries because we had already had some earlier in the day). It works just as well on its own though and is pretty large so you may find yourself with leftovers. This is one food truck you shouldn't miss.

I LOVE the burger!! and I am a burger connoisseur. I don't eat out much because it usually makes my stomach hurt (rancid oil, GMO, non organic).But when I find a place that works for me, I'm loyal. Rebel Burger is my go-to burger place in AVL.Since I don't drink alcohol, and the reason for 3-star on atmosphere, I appreciate you having Devils foot drinks as well. The fries are yummy too!Dietary restrictions: GMO, non-organic.

Excellent burgers! Good value! It is a food truck at Hi Wire brewery. So there’s plenty of seating at the brewery which has an indoor/ outdoor seat yourself situation.

Monday Burger and Beer Night!!Ordering was easy! Scan QR code on truck and placed order. No waiting in line.When my name was called and I got to the truck, everyone in there acknowledged me and thanked me.That burger was amazing!! Perfectly seasoned fries. The Rebel is a big burger. My partner in crime finished his and was stuffed. I finished 2/3 of my meal. I wanted to finish but I couldn't. It was so good, my partner couldn't let it go to waste. We left nothing. Thank Y'all for an amazing meal and spectacular customer service!I will be back!!!Cheers y'all

We went here thinking the foothills burger food truck was still here. It wasn't so we decided to give it a try. We tried the rebel burger & rebel fries. The burger was good but, different. The fries was good & also very flavorful. The flavor of the bug was surely different & maybe not what I was expecting.

My girlfriend and I had our first Rebel Burger experience a couple of weeks ago. We ordered delivery from their website during half of Wednesdays. I made the mistake of ordering two combos which were not on sale but the individual burgers were. I called the restaurant after realizing what happened and they graciously went into the system and discounted our food even though they didn’t have too. That shows top quality customer service. Now onto the food. I got a rebel burger combo and my girlfriend got the lettuce wrap burger combo. The fries which are fried in beef tallow were some of the best I’ve had in my life. They have a great crisp edge and a soft moist center with an amazing burst of savory umami in your mouth. The burgers were both divine. They use a special seasoning on their burgers which is unique to just their restaurant. Has a touch of Indian flare with turmeric and some other seasonings that I adored. The smash burgers had crispy edges but were cooked perfectly and not dried out. Each bite left me wanting more and more which is the sign of love and passion put into their food. 10 of 10 recommend visiting or ordering from over and over. Bravo!
Fun flavors for every pallet! I loved the Rebel Burger with its interesting blend of spices, and my kiddo enjoyed the more straight forward smash burger Rebel Lite. Fries were lite and crispy. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again!

After two experiences of 1.5 hour waits with no clear communication or understanding of when our food is coming we will not be returning to rebel burger until they can accurately communicate wait times. It’s Russian roulette when you order online with no idea of how many orders are ahead of you.
