I don’t know what happened since the last time I was here but it has gone downhill so much that I probably won’t return! Service was terrible and housekeeping was horrible. It was like everything was coated with grease! Bathrooms were filthy. Splattered food on the wall and dishes not clean. I can’t see this place staying in business without major changes. Also didn’t bring the appetizer and entree missing a side.

A warm ambience to the atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Our waiter was great. I forgot to get his name but he was very attentive to my nephew and me. The food was cooked to perfection.Dietary restrictions: This is a seafood restaurant so not a viable option for vegetarians or vegans. As a pescatarian, this was a perfect option.Kid-friendliness: Bring your children. Red lobster has always been a family restaurant.

I know red lobster is not the best quality but phew this was bad!! Got the lobster dreamers feast. The lobster had a horrible ammonia type smell to it, I couldn’t eat it, and it was raw still! Only one of my three dogs would touch it so definitely think it was bad (they happily ate their pieces last time). The shrimp scampi had no flavor and neither did the biscuits or mashed potatoes or overcooked broccoli, zero seasoning. The lobster and shrimp linguini was flavorless with shrimp tails on, silly, and 3 tiny rubbery and hard lobster pieces. Idk why this meal was so bad all around tonight. I was happy with my last experience it had flavor and everything was properly cooked, that was over a year ago. I won’t be back, thankfully got a full refund or I’d be livid. Literally had six bites of this meal. This is why I make my crab and lobster at home, thanks for the reminder.
