Brian B helped make our date night absolutely fantastic by providing amazing suggestions and being friendly and welcoming! We had never eaten here before, but had an amazing experience with valet car service, the selection of wines and cocktails, and the food! Would highly recommend anyone to this establishments!

My wife brought me here for my 34th birthday dinner as a special night out. From the free Valet to the fantastic service, I can't say enough good about the entire eventing.

We ordered the Elk Carpaccio as an appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. The little vinegared mushrooms with the dressing was such a mouthgasm I wanted to order another plate.

I ordered their wedge salad, which was much larger than I anticipated. Really enjoyed the large chunks of bacon, as opposed to cheap frugal crumbs most places put on the plate.

For the main course, my wife ordered the bison (no pic), I had the Elk Loin with Scallops (WONDERFUL COMBO), and we had the night special brussel sprouts and collard greens.

Our server Brian was extremely helpful in providing insight about the various menu options when I reached an impasse between the Elk and Kangaroo. His suggestions were never based on price, and his professionalism was absolutely spot on during the entire 2 hours we dined.

Next time we pass through Asheville, this will be a MUST stop!

Parking: Plenty of available street parking in the evening. Free Valet is the way to do it though.

Red Stag Grill at the Historic Biltmore Village truly exceeded our expectations. We were fortunate enough to host our celebrity photographer guest, at this exquisite establishment. The Lamb and Crab Croquettes were a culinary masterpiece, paired perfectly with the Rocky Angel bottle of rosé. Every bite was a delightful indulgence.

The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our guest felt welcomed and appreciated. The warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We even had the pleasure of meeting new friends from Cherokee, which added to the overall charm of the evening.

The dining room itself was a sight to behold. With its intricate wood carvings, dramatic red wall, and elegant chandelier, it created an atmosphere of sophistication and mystery. The setting perfectly complemented the delicious food and impeccable service.

Red Stag Grill has cemented its reputation as a must-visit destination for avant-garde artists and prestigious guests. The atmosphere, the food, and the service are simply exceptional. We highly recommend this lodge to anyone seeking a truly memorable dining experience.

Amazing dinner! Brian was an amazing server. I wanted to try something new and he recommended the elk with scallops. One of the best meals I have had. The warm goat cheese bruschetta was to die for. My husband loved the crab croquettes. You can’t go wrong going to Red Stag for a romantic date night. Oh don’t forget dessert! Carrot cake was amazing

One of the best experiences. You have complementary valet parking as you arrive. You’ll want to drive into the Grand Bohemian Hotel. Once you’re inside it’s absolutely beautiful. With gorgeous fire places. The staff is top tier. We had Dave as our waiter and he was phenomenal. I had the Peach Tea Chicken and my husband had the Elk. Both dishes were divine.

Dietary restrictions: Dave was awesome about finding out options for my diet restrictions.

Brian B. was excellent as he guided us through the wine & food choices. The 4 of us had filets, the pork tomahawk chop and the Elk loin. Sides were mushrooms, crispy Brussels sprouts, loaded tater tots and tricolored cauliflower. Everything was excellent!!!! Brian B. did a fantastic job!!!

An excellent classic steakhouse experience. My prime rib was superb, although the sides--especially the scalloped potatoes--were actually better than the meat, which could have been a bit more flavorful. My partner's grouper was excellent. There is a good selection of wines by the glass at reasonable prices. Sevice was outstanding.

If you are looking for extraordinary experience for dining, this is it !! Beyond professional greeting, hosting to table, intro by waiter. Waiter was beyond expectations, with recommendations on wine pairing, sauces on selections, and general menu options. Had charred octopus to start, Elk loin with suggested sauce and seared scallops as addition. Saulteed mushrooms, creamy mashed potatoes as side. Would order again and again !! Strawberry Bruelee for desert !! Do not want to spoil visit!!! Wait until you are handed the menu !!!! Trust Me !!
