Very nice relaxing environment. Tried a couple of samples from the different flavors that they have and I have to say that the mango is going to be the winner. The one and only man there to do everything by himself started bragging on the company and the samples stood behind it very firmly! My mother enjoyed a mango gelato whilst my stepfather enjoyed a chocolate Crunch concrete on myself had to go with the funnest flavor cotton candy gelato! All three of us were in complete Bliss! Good job guys keep it going!

Blendinis are a very specific kind of craving. The quiet joy of eating thick soft serve filled with crunchy bits of flavored ice in it, is simply indescribable -- it can only be experienced. Mix strawberry ice with chocolate ice cream and tell me I'm wrong. ?I only wish Rita's would get with the times and figure out how to use just a lil less plastic.

The area around this Rita's isn't the nicest but the service was great. This was a first time for us at a Rita's and the guy working their was super helpful and nice. It's a small place but had a few tables to sit and enjoy our yummy ice cream and Italian ice!

I love Rita’s, and this location is the closest to us which is an hour away. They have strange hours, but we went on a weekend. This location is near the Sam’s Club, so I got Rita’s before going there. We went inside and ordered, I got a small cotton candy italian ice. The worker was very nice, and the service was great. The flavor was as I remember. I was very satisfied with my visit!

Best Italian ice my family has ever had. I'm going to be so sad to see them go at the end of January. Everyone should stop in and grab their last taste of greatness before they close for good. Everything is made fresh their at the shop.
The whole business is very clean and painted nice colors. There is the happiest, kindest man that works there, and I just really love Rita's in general. You gotta try the pumpkin pie flavor!!

The owner is the meanest person I’ve ever encountered. I witnessed him ridiculing an older woman for no reason at all, screaming at his new employee… told him he was so bad and to clock out and go home (the employee was insanely sweet, it was his FIRST day). Then the employee went to leave and the owner yelled at him again and told him to come back and finish what he started. My party watched him yell at customers (kids) in front of us, yell at an older woman because she wanted toppings on her custard and the owner told he she would spill them on his floor, told another older woman to get out of her store.. I could go on. I will be calling corporate, I have no idea how this man could possibly be in the service industry, let alone own a franchise. By far the worst experience, and from an owner no less. I had family in from out of town, wanted to get custard for someone’s birthday, and he yelled at 4+ people in the store, including the older woman in my party who wanted toppings on her custard.If the new employee is reading this - please leave. Please do not come back for your second day. You do not deserve to be screamed at and belittled for no reason. You were nice and there are plenty of people who would value you as an employee.
